Came here real quick to buy a dollie. Staff was way less than helpful to get the app working for a vet discount, one of them didn't seem to care for at all.
I'm just disappointed, I don't wanna shop here if the cashier is just gonna ignore me.

Ricardo is amazing!! He really went ábove and beyond beyond to help me, he wasn’t even from the cabinet department and he still did everything in his power to help me. Showing great initiative. Most workers would be like ummm that’s not my department, let me get them to help you but he flipped through the cabinet binder and everything to try and help me to the best of his ability and he was able to help me determine the cabinets I needed. Being in management I like to name drop those who show outstanding customer service as many great workers go unnoticed.

Beware of their Ryobi tool return. I brought a pressure washer just to find their battery don't work, so naturally, I go return to buy a new one. They don't return the full amount paid for the product even though I could not use the defective product. I return the product in less than 3 hours. They don't have a product that can be exchanged. My advice is to check with customer service the battery before leaving the store. lose out on money. Horrible

My senior Parents try to purchase a barbecue grill and ask one of the employees for assistance the employee was very rude told them that she was not able to help them because she didn't know all the prices of the whole store this is the second time the same employee treats them disrespectful my parents will no longer go to the store and purchase anything after being a customer for a long time and even having an open card account with them
