We are an award-winning, social enterprise that provides on-the-job training and employment for men and women who face barriers to employment. In particular, Homeboy Recycling provides job opportunities to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated men and women.

This place is so dope. They provide a great recycling service, and a great service to the community by providing their employees with work. The people who work here are extremely polite and helpful, and honestly happy that you’re recycling and helping them earn a living. Highly recommend!
