I love going to TJ Maxx and Home Goods in Westchester. There's so much to look at in Home Goods! Beautiful items. Both stores are clean and well kept. The bathroom in Home Goods is clean as well.

Once again POOR SERVICE Went to the location found a pair of pants on clearance beautiful got to the front I had to go get another pair because someone pulled the sticker off of them and left them. So I gladly go get another pair same pants different color. The line supervisor Liz or Lisa whatever her name says it's the regular price I asked how could that be when the description says it's a shirt that $40. She wanted to prove the price was for the pants and I finally told her since you want the pants that bad you can keep them people were walking past complimenting the pants then one of the cashiers said oh pretty I'm going to get them smh I said you guys wanted them already that's why you lied about it being the price of a shirt and tagged as a shirt. Make it make sense if it shows i your system as a shirt it was the wrong tag and if I bring you an item with the same company name and description and you LIE it really speaks volumes about you as a person this being a shift supervisor your behavior is teaching them the same thing and by the way the you get cashiers were rolling there eyes at her so that let's me know there tired of her as well.

Me and my girlfriend came in to look around at jewelry and we patiently waited for the only person working there for 10 minutes while she helped one customer. We asked her after 10 minutes if she could call back up and she said she would even though she didn't. Then I went to ask someone for help at the front and an middle aged black lady (she seemed like a manager) came and when we said we wanted to look at a bracelet, she said, "just wait, after she's done with that customer she will help you" as if we don't know how lines work. My girlfriend said we had been waiting for 10 minutes and she didn't give a shit and just walked away. To wait for 10 minutes to look at one piece of jewelry, not getting acknowledged, and being met with more than one rude employee is wild. This store is incompetent as fuck. You guys need more staff to help if it takes 10 minutes to look at one bracelet. Never coming back here.

Came by in an emergency from a film set to buy replacement shirt for the actor. We arrived at about 9:28 and the manager "Eric" stood at the door. He told us that the store was closed and we didnt have enough time to go in. He even pulled out his phone and said "see, we are closed." Sorry to say but two different customers that looked different from my friend and I were allowed to go in around 9:32 pm. How rude of the manager to allow some people in versus others.

I shop here all the time, and I just love when Rudy is the one on my register. He is the friendliest and super professional cashier. He is very patient if I need to exchange something, and helps out finding right receipts. Great customer service!

Be aware that if you have a tjmaxx card, they won't record your receipt on your email address so that you won't be able to return anything if you didn't keep or didn't ask for a printed receipt...AND customer SVC refuses to acknowledge the issue and the issue is happening to a huge amount of customers.. and to add insult to injury even if you have a tj Maxx card if you didn't actually get a printed receipt you won't be able to return the item...I am closing my account!!!

I visited the store on Sunday July 16th. I was there that morning and over thought about buying an item in the beauty section. I went home and decided i would go back later in the day to purchase the item i didnt buy.It was 30 mins before closing time. 2 employees were extremely rude! One is named “Luis” he was in the jewelry section next to the beauty section. He was already kicking me out of the beauty section. I didnt even have 5 mins in there when he was already demanding me to go to the register; mind you i had just walked in. i found my item and on my way to the register i heard an employee named “Yolanda” also demanding customers to go to the register. I wouldnt of have had any problem with them sending us to the register but the tone and attitude it was said to many customers was definitely not ok!!!Once again this was maybe 25 mins before closing. While i was standing inline i heard Yolanda say out loud “these people really think we aint tired of being here like we got a life too” rhis comment was very unprofessional and unnecessary. If Yolanda really dislikes her job she should be a customer servive representative.I forgot to mention i worked at this TJ Maxx forom 2014 to 201. Not once did i ever treat customers the way i and many more got treated. I went back for the first time after so many years, i have a very bitter taste since i walked out.Tj Maxx management please talk to these 2 individuals or train your entire team to please speak to your customers with respect and to keep these kind of comments off the floor!.Thank you
