False advertising plastered all around building that they have 24 hour security cameras in use.
My vehicle was damaged in underground car park which has ICU Security cameras protecting your valuables apparently.
Upon contacting ICU, no one to talk to about incident, was told they will call me back to discuss which no one has, very unprofessional.
Recieved text messages from a mobile number, which i called and No one answered.
Then they text me to stop harassing them, very unprofessional conduct from a company who is suppose to be looking out for you.
I would reccomend you take your business elsewhere, where they take people's safety and belongings more seriously.
