I just ordered from here and had a great experience. Well, I was being somewhat of a pain in the butt customer (being whiney and complaining) Nathan who helped me never missed a beat. He was incredibly professional and patient. I would hire him if I could.

So here's the thing. I went in two weeks ago and ordered a veggie sandwich, which is "provolone, swiss, and green peppers." Don't knock me for my simple pleasures. They get the bread and start assembling. I notice there's no green pepper. I ask about it. Only then do they inform me (once they have started my sandwich) that they are out. They're out of virtually half of the ingredients on the veggie sandwich. I decide to forgo the whole thing. Then tonight, I arrive and stand in line, hoping they have green peppers. I notice the people in the front of the line get the last of the bread. I wonder "at what point do they tell everyone in line that they're out of bread?" It's only when the next people in line start to order that they are told there is no more bread. Everybody leaves after standing in line for minutes. Honestly, I am not a huge fan of food waste so I don't blame them for not having it 30 minutes before closing. The problem for me is that these folks get paid minimum wage, and when you pay people minimum wage, you get minimum effort. Pay your staff more, give them an IOTA of incentive to do more than the bare minimum. I do not in any way blame the staff for my experiences here. If I was making minimum wage in a city like this that sucks every single resource from your life like a leech I wouldn't care at all either. I'm leaving two stars because despite everything the staff are very polite when engaging and I'm ultimately a rube for going to a chain in the first place. Attached is a photo of a horrible taco I made instead tonight with leftovers and grilled cheese as the tortilla because my roommates took the last of my actual tortillas. You made me do this.

So happy this new store opened in this location. When placing my order, I didn't feel rushed at all. The employees made my sub exactly how I like it (my order can be complicated sometimes) and they even made conversation with me. Made my sandwich with love and didn't make me feel awkward or weird just waiting for my sandwich. My go to jersey Mike's now! Thank you!

Vegetarian review, tldr; Excellent service, really good food, clean location! For what this is, I was not expecting much. I don't like deli meat sandwiches but I have been waiting for affordable food options to come back to Echo Park so I thought I would try their Grilled Portabella and Swiss Sub (in the style of a cheesesteak, without the steak). Saying I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The location is very clean, even towards the end of the day. The employees were really friendly and joked with me about the music, but most importantly they let me know they were wiping down the grill before making my sandwich. I feel like this sandwich shop has been trained to accommodate vegetarians more than just slapping a meat-free option on the menu. I actually eat meat and wouldn't have minded either way, and told the employee she didn't need to wipe down the grill (she did anyway, what a sweetie), but I feel like this is a really good indicator about the company or at least this location, and is good info for any actual vegetarians wishing to eat here. The actual sandwich was so good! I added mayo and jalapeños to mine for no charge, and I was blown away. They have bags of chips, chocolate chip cookies, and serve Pepsi fountain drinks and have a few different types of canned iced coffee and some other drink options. I'll be back soon and hopefully this place stays in business for a quick affordable option in Echo Park!

This is one of the newer stores so I expect the staff is all new. My experience was excellent! Both sandwiches were great and the wait was short. I am sure Ill be back as the quality of my food was consistent from other Jersey Mikes!

I stopping here over an hour before they close twice most recently on the 27th of December and several employees told me they were closed when clearly they were not, and they told me they're closed and they're extremely rude... I live in the neighborhood and I will be letting everyone know

I don't typically like chain eateries, but the workers here have been very friendly, the interior very clean, and the sandwiches fresh and delicious! A super consistent, quality experience and sandwich. I now go regularly for a fresh deli sandwich on whole wheat bread.

Food is great, customer services sucks so much. There's a few men out there that are rude. Please offer customer service trainings.

Very disappointed with the service at this location. Nathaniel/Nathan (I believe that's his name?), needs a course in customer service. I did not appreciate his unnecessary rudeness.
