Horrible service. Not willing to redeliver package or leave package in front of apartment door. I shop online because I don't have time to go to businesses during normal hours. Real customer service would have worked with this client.

It was just a small envelope sent to Korea, and they handled it very kindly and the price was cheap. Parking was also large in a back alley, so there was no inconvenience. I recommend it.

Best dispatch service to/from Korea
Their service is amazing, very friendly and quick response. They answer very quick when I ask question through Kakaotalk.
They even pack the box for you too, but still reasonable price.
I often use it when sending and receiving items to Korea!
If you ask a question via KakaoTalk, the answer is almost real-time. You are really kind. I often send gifts to Korea, so I go there often, and he always packs the items himself ??
