I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a memory charm of his mother for his birthday. He just like I have very sensitive skin so we cannot wear any type of plating in our jewelry. Just picked up an amazing Cuban Link chain and diamond earrings from Andrew at Jewelry Masters. The quality is definitely top-notch, and the price was unbeatable. Shipping was fast, and the chain even weighed a bit more than expected—a nice little bonus! Definitely coming back for a matching bracelet soon.

Shout out to Andrew for helping make this difficult process, for me at least, to choose a promise ring for my lovely girl friend. I am not a fan of buying jewelry. He has made this process easy for me and I do not feel ripped off or pressured like most jewelry stores. I tried shopping at my local stores and couldn’t find anything and also felt pressured. I found jewelry masters by accident but must be destiny cause I am very pleased with their business and customer service and helpfulness. For as long they are around I they shall have a customer. FYI I have no ideas where they are located and I’m in NY. This transaction has been completely online and over the phone. A very pleased customer.

**DO NOT BUY** I wish I could give a negative star but I guess my negative review will have to suffice… my boyfriend was so sweet and thoughtful to get me something special however he was deceived and scammed by Andrew. The gold he sells is of low quality and his customer service is the worst! Not only will he not refund for goods not met to supposed standards but when supposedly exchanging my bracelet for having a defect, I still received the same one back. Thanks for nothing. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND- DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

My husband and I got my custom engagement ring and wedding band from Jewelry Masters 10 years ago. The craftsmanship on both is beautiful and the diamonds are high quality. I'm really tough on my things and never take my rings off. I recently smacked my ring hard against something and a prong broke off. Jewelry Masters fixed it and made both my rings look brand new again. They also created a second band to go on top of my engagement ring. Everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable. We’ll continue to get our jewelry from them!
