Mike and his team always take care of me like I'm family. Excellent work, incredibly friendly, very reasonable prices. My Mercedes always feels like it's brand new when I leave. They are as good as it gets.

Does anybody know if Johann's relocated or permanently closed? Mike and the team are amazing people!! However, since right before the Holidays 2023, no one picks up the phone anymore and the last few times I drove by, they looked closed. Can anyone assist?

Best service MiKE and his team provide great parts and service at a great price . Every time my car has a issue I have nothing to fear knowing I have a place like this to go . Just got a service done on my 3 series and my car is feeling and driving great!!!

For many years I've trusted Mike with all of my BMW's. His workmanship is stellar. His relationship with us as customers is genuinely top of the line in customer service. He cares about us and our cars. If something is not right, he picks up the phone and calls you letting you know what needs to be done. I appreciate Mike, and his workers of Johanns Independent. If I could leave a negative star I would. Took my 2010 Mercedes S550 to fix a pump that was leaking oil. His mechanic fixed the job, however right shortly leaving his shop I was have electrical issues with the starter. Never has this issues before. I called Mike and expressed my issues and said it could be the battery. I had AAA test the battery (which was only 1 year old) and now the car won’t start and not drivable. DONT TRUST THIS SHOP IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE DRIVING YOUR CAR!!

STOP THE SEARCH ! If you're looking to fix your BMW GO HERE!Hands down the best place in L.AI have a 2010 528i BMW I neglected. I took it here basically said I want it like new. Mike the Manager is a great person to speak with. Knowledgeable and will answer your questions, but my guy CESAR did a fantastic job on my car. My car literally feels new.By far best place to take your vehicles if you don't have a person.Prize was very reasonableJust go here if you need anything done on these type of cars. Since getting my C43 AMG, I have been coming to Mike for 2yrs now. He is a great guy and has a great team. Also his work is amazing along with his prices. If you own any German car this is the place you wanna come to.

Mike and ceasar are the most honest and helpful mechanics I have ever met they referred me to to mercedes benz Corp to fix my c250 after finding out it had a recall warranty problem I am so grateful I found these gentlemen and to top it of they gave me a great price on my alternator after it gave out. Stellar service thanks to Mike and all of his crew. I had to check my car and he priorities me right away the same day I called in. He uses OEM parts and can really trust this place. I can tell he just cares about my safety because my rotors were metal on metal and he said you don't have to do it with me but please get it done soon for your own safety. What a good guy! Mike is amazing and his garage is an absolute gem! I have a 2011 BMW 328i that was originally my dad's in New Jersey which we shipped out here for me and he had a great independent mechanic there. My dad was hoping and praying I could find someone just as good to take care of the car in LA and lo and behold I found someone even better now! Mike is insanely busy (for a reason) but he makes time for me and makes you feel important whatever the problem is with your car. Him and John diagnosed my car immediately twice now (once was a fuel pump gone bad, and most recently my starter needed to be replaced) with complete transparency & honesty! I had my car towed there on a Friday afternoon and it was fixed and ready to pick up Monday evening working like new again. Super fair pricing and all around just great people you can laugh with. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on the car from here on out, they are extremely experienced with BMWs & Mercedes, especially older models. Car problems can be a big headache and a nerve-racking expensive experience but now I can rest easy knowing I'm in the best hands!!

Mike and his mechanics are awesome! After being turned away by Pep Boys on Pico Boulevard in West Los Angeles because they said it would be the equivalent of bodywork (and therefore expensive) to replace the passenger-side daytime running light (something I've done myself in a half hour when I had access to a lift), Mike's mechanics handled the job for what it actually was... replacing a light bulb. The lazy Charles and Marvin at Pep Boys just wanted to close the shop early on the Sunday before Memorial Day or rip me off if they actually did the work. $60 at Johann's Independent Service, and Bob's your uncle. Sweet!
