Zero customer service...zero an AI bot could do better.You have lost me as a customer...I ordered a necklace, it arrived broken. Because it was a final sale, can't return online. No one responds to phone when called or emails when sent. Now the item is sold out and I have paid for a piece of junk!

I wish I could Rate this place is zero! I simply wanted to exchange a dress that I accidentally got in extra large because I am an extra small. I called the corporate office and they said that it was up to the manager to decide whether to give me an exchange ( the manager could say yes or no). And the manager Jackie in the Camarillo store decided to say no to me and the córtate office even tho she was able to exchange and had no good reason not to. I personally feel a bit of discrimination. As there is no good reason, and I was polite and calm. I also had my receipt I wasn't looking for a refund just an exchange for the right. Size, now I am stuck with a oversized Large gown in my closet that I will never wear.

Horrible customer service. Tried to revise my order for face masks within 10 minutes of placing the order. Left several phone messages and sent several emails with a reply that 'someone would get back to me within 24 hours'. NO ONE ever got back to me and they shipped exactly what I DID NOT WANT. And now I learn item not available for return. No customer service.

Day three. Still no response from the elusive "customer service" team. Beginning to think there is no such group at Johnny Was. Perhaps they should off shore this important business function to be more responsive to the numerous complaints on social media. I grow despondent thinking that they will surely send me something that I don't want.

I wanted to order good quality face masks so I ordered from Johnny Was instead of buying them from people on the street. They were backordered so I waited extra weeks until they were delivered. I thought the wait would be worth it because Johnny Was usually has good quality material. I bought two 5 packs of face masks for myself and a senior citizen. The mask broke upon putting it on for the first time. Then the second mask, one ear loop was bigger than the other. I had a problem with the ear loops on all the masks. Then another one broke. I just had to buy some off the street. Those fit perfect. So basically I wasted $50 on face masks of very poor quality. I was extremely disappointed because I was trying to protect not only myself, but a senior citizen who I worry about because she is in very poor health. Very disappointed.
