This coffee shop place is an oasis in the middle of downtown. Prices are r3asonable, staff is courteous, and dishes are phenomenal.

Selling the same burrito for $12 when it was $8 before it was shut down a couple yrs ago? Absolutely wild.

Sorry guys... This is all that's left from my delicious breakfast sandwich. I didn't even think about my phone after taking that first bite. Lol. I ordered the egg & cheese + turkey on a english muffin. With avocado and a hashbrown patty. Along with the butternut squash soup. Yes, I was very hungry and it was beyond delicious! I enjoyed the coffee also. I highly recommend, Just Downstairs, and I will certainly be a regular.

Bad customer service from the Goth lady with the black hair and tattoos. She was rushing through my order when there was only one customer after me and she didn't put enough whipped cream on my frappe or give me a straw.

With the exception of the younger (tall) guy, everyone else that works there have shitty attitudes. they act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to eat their subpar food. Employee arrogance is alive and well at Just Downstairs and I am not sure why as their bread is usually stale and the food is just barely average. The good news is, there are many places to get food within feet of Just Downstairs so no need to ever darken their door again.

Good coffee and a quick bagel or pastry. Can sit inside or outside to enjoy your breakfast.

Worst wrap ever. Over priced. Rude staff! Ok so im okay with having bad food. Maybe they didn't use the best quality if ingredients, i get it , rent in DTLA is high....What is not acceptable is the rude staff! I ordered a wrap and wanted ranch on the side! The person taking the order made a weird face and said " i guess we can do that" Cool. Thanks So i started eating my wrap and it taste very plain so i add some ranch. The ranch is awful , it taste like watered down ranch with milk... gross! I go back and ask if they have an alternative dressing / sauce and told him i didnt like the ranch.. he tells me it would cost .75 cents for a small side of sauce plus tax.... i said no thanks and walked out. Shitty costumer service and food.

Just started coming here for breakfast and lunch and I have not been disappointed. What I like is that they have both easy pre-made staples that you can grab and go that are delicious, freshly packed, and have a variety. But they also have a made upon order kitchen where they can cook up hot food in the back. Everything looks good and I keep trying one new thing each time I go, but I have been enjoying grabbing hard boiled eggs, pastries, and cereal with milk to go, and their parfait is heaven in a cup. I've had their hot breakfast too which is ok. Today, I ordered their chicken sandwich and tomato bisque soup. Delicious. The soup was super hot (temp wise) and better than the French place down the street or Bristol Farms where I usually get my tomato bisque. The sandwich was really tasty- chicken was hot with melted cheese and fresh greens, served on a sweet Hawaiian bun. I will come here a lot I expect.

I've ordered bagels three times and each time the bagel was very old - not edible. A complete waste of time and money. Not cool to sell old food. The people who work there are very nice though.

Great place to grab a sandwich or quick snack. I also enjoy their strong cold brewed iced coffee

A small corner of the large lobby area has this coffee bar and quick bite place doing business most all day long. I even ordered a breakfast sandwich that was hot and fresh at 2pm. It's a little hidden but look through the glass on the Pershing square side.

I was looking for a quick and close bite to eat. Craved a breakfast burrito and saw nice picts on Yelp about this small shop inside the AON building. For about $8, this breakfast burrito was disappointing. Skimpy unlike other photos on yelp. It came eggs, sausage, diced up burrito, cheddar, hash browns, salsa, chipotle aioli and lots of air and dripping great at no charge. Yup, this thing was dripping from the bottom like someone used grease as a condiment. There was barely and hash brown. The only good thing is that it was made to order. Not coming back. If you try this breakfast burrito, make sure to grab a handful of towels.

I ordered my food. Salad and sandwich. Was patient. After 25 minutes asked about my order and said ticket was lost. Just got a refund and nothing else.. not even a apology. Wont be going back..
