Terrible service, nothing but lies and mistreatment. Truly one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I bought a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox, and when negotiating the price, the manager had a terrible attitude. When I tried to see the prices he was quoting me, he snatched the paper out of my hand. Then, when I looked at the contract in detail, I saw that they had increased the price. When I complained, the manager yelled at me and, with that very rude attitude, gave me back the keys to my old car and basically kicked me out. When I asked for his information, the saleswoman went to ask for his credit card, and he treated her badly. Later, they tried to work things out with me; we reached an agreement for the car, and two weeks later, they took it back, supposedly because they couldn't verify my information correctly. I think they only gave me the car because they didn't want me to file a complaint. It's all lies. I recommend going to another dealership or carefully reading the contract at the end because they hide everything there.

Purchased a used car, and ended up with a cracked windshield after driving it off the lot. Contacted the salesman (Carlos), and he arranged to have my windshield fixed free of charge.
Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Extremely satisfied customer!

Brought my 2012 chevy silverado in for a oil change and the 3rd light to be fix. My advisor Mario Morales tells me its gonna take all day to fix. I told him I dont have all day I have somewhere to be at 1pm. Any questions I have doesnt want to answer. I asked him why it takes all day just to look at it tells me oh were very busy yeah thats bs. I asked him should I take it to a regular mechanic to look at tells me they dont know anything. He shouldn't be working there has poor customer service bad attitude if your not there spending money he won't help. Some advisors are there to help so arent.

I wast my time today , I did appointment for to recall my car , I choose in the appointment don’t leave my car for the recall , I drove 44 minutes for the guy say for me I need to leave my car for 3 days in there , just wast my time and gas , my recall is just simple thing , its ridiculous

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CHEVROLET VAN NUYS. As others have said, they are very dishonest and are thieves. Even worse - I've had an open case with two different GM Customer Service departments since the beginning of August and have been told that the dealership has not answered the phone nor replied to their emails. I personally even reached out to Tanvir (Sales Manager) and Fadil (General Manager) with no reply. Even their District Sales Manager has tried reaching them with no luck. It's clear that all they care about are making sales and nothing else.
Here are the concerns -
During the Sales negotiations, they held onto my keys (after I expressed interest in trading in) for my old vehicle and refused to return them. I asked four times for my keys back and they would not return them. They kept coming back with new offers but not my keys.
They lied about the EV tax credit. They told me I could buy the vehicle after my lease and still qualify for the $7500 EV tax credit. This was all prior to it expiring. I was later told that the vehicle was disqualified as it would not be the first sale.
I was also promised that my vehicle had wireless phone charging. As soon as I drove it off the lot, I quickly learned that they lied about that too.
Like I said, I haven't heard a word from the dealership so I haven't even received an apology. That's the least I expect.

Ghetto. Salespeople unprofessional and lack knowledge about the cars they sell. Went in with my son to learn about what they have to offer, as soon as I said “looking to buy in 6 months” the salesman walked off. No “goodbye “ no “let me know you need anything” etc. ??
Strange thing is we actually found a car we liked and it’s a 2025 so we are gonna order it so it will be here close to the time my son will start to drive. Not ordering it from here though.

I bought a Silverado 2023 on 8/5/2024 .. we took back the truck to the dealer because is was making a noise and wow surprise .. they told us the transmission is bad .. after 1 week at the service they didn’t bother to check the car .. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER .. worst customer service ..
