First and foremost - Melissa was amazing at scheduling and getting everything set up. Got in at 8a and out by 10:30a on a software and seatbelt recall update. Allen (service agent) was good and got it all done fast. Waited in lobby area, good coffee, water and TV. Good experience. Would go back.

My experience was great. First new car in a while and I’m so happy with the purchase. The whole process was easy with Luis coming multiple times to my house and Sammy dropping it off it couldn’t have been easier. Appreciate all the hard work and look forward to our future relationship. Wolfgang in finance helped me out a few times over this week. Easy crew to work with you guys are the best! Literally the best deal I could get in the city!!! We looked.

My daughter purchased her first car here, that was an over a month ago, her car has been back in for service for one month. No calls, no information at all, 22 days! This is unacceptable to say the least. Expected more from them.

They lie and try to take advantage of their customers! I was a loyal Keyes customer but I will never walk into that place again unless it's to fix their faulty equipment for free! Scandalous!

I had my car taken there for service that was to be paid for by enterprise sales. First, there were squeaky windows to be repaired, and the engine was overheating. After the engine repair, you guys said there was nothing wrong w the windows and until I had to go back and ask again, then you 'found' the problem and fixed it. You tried to charge ME for the repairs even though Enterprise already arranged for it. I had to have the manager call enterprise again when i picked it up because you were still trying to charge me for other things. Also you returned my car to me COVERED in dirt and filth. When I asked about it, I was told that you do not wash cars and it's just my problem. Absolutely unacceptable. Still trying to reach the manager about this. Terrible from A to Z.

If I could give no stars, I would. I had an appointment for a routine oil change and had to leave after waiting more than 30 minutes without being attended to. Absolutely horrible service or better said, lack thereof.

Excellent experience. Big thanks to my sales consultant Benjamin Madill. Ben went out of his way to make the purchase experience a 10/10. Ben even met me on a Sunday well before normal opening hour to show me the vehicle. All communication was crystal clear through inking the purchase. I came into keys Chevrolet in Van Nuys to return my 2020 Chevy bolt, lease had ended after 3 years. I spoke to Mayra in sales and she was very helpful. She showed me several preowned certified vehicles but none of them seemed to catch my eye. Mayra then showed me the new 2024 Chevy Trax we took it for a test drive and I really liked it.We went on to do the paper work in finance with Bernie. Everything went super smooth they had me out of there in less that 2 hours. What a good team both very knowledgeable they did a great job.I would highly recommend both of them Thank you both .

It was time again to bring my beast back into service. I gotta say, Sam is amazing, simply put! I literally called the night before to be seen the next morning before work. I need regular scheduled maintenance and my breaks were squeaking prior to coming in. I gotta say, Resolved. I've been going to Sam for yrs and he never dissapoints, he definitely makes it easy & painless. If you are reading this, thank you Sam.

Unless you have 5+ hours to wait for an oil change, I can't recommend coming here.Had an appointment for 10 AM and was told my total wait time for an oil change was an hour, maybe two.They didn't touch my car until after 11 AM, at which point they told me the updated ETA was 2:30PM (a 4.5hr total wait time, which is pretty far off 1-2 hrs).I've been waiting for almost four hours and haven't received a single update yet.The $20 off coupon I had for an oil change was not worth it.My advice would be to go somewhere else rather than waste your time here.

I’ve purchased many new cars till now but I’ve never had such a bad experience. They sold me a car with a dent on the driver door and they are giving me the run around . They took care of the dent but they say there is still a scratch on it and I either have to take it like this or get the door painted . Sam, the sales guy is rude and disrespectful specially after the sale is done. All they care about is making the sale and getting the commission. Why would I want a brand new car that the door has been repainted or has a scratch on it? Isn’t that why we buy new cars? So we have a car at least for a while without a scratch or paint?I want to return the car. I think anyone in my position paying $48k would want the same thing. A new car that is completely clean. They want me to go see my brand new car at a body shop in van Nuys to see if I wanna take it like that or have them paint the door . Im gonna go see it this morning to see what they have done. I’ll keep you posted on what happens. I Dont believe such a big dealer treats their customers like this . They should not have me going to a body shop to see my brand new car

Very easy to get an appointment and fast in and out service!The prices are a little on the high side; but at least I feel like it’s done correctly the first time. So definitely worth it!
