It cheats! The ones in my walmart will drop your prize when you pick it up. It opens just slightly and drops the prize. I was able to pick up one each time and every time, it opens just enough to drop before it gets to the hole. Not only that, its $1 for ONE TOKEN each. Very scammy and a money stealer unfortunately. I dont recommend..

Lost Katrinas and my money. Won nothing. Next time I'm just going to walk in, hand the attendant $10, and walk out to save myself the grief of playing.

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO GET TOKENS! Have cash on hand for the token exchange machines.
They're TERRIBLY designed. My friend watched me select $10, I got an error message on the machine, then after I tapped my card again I was charged $50 I didn't agree to.
The attended was very kind and apologetic, but there's no register available to fix any issues. Now I have to call my bank and issue a charge back dispute.
Also the attended said THE OWNERS ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND REFUSE TO FIX IT. They're running a credit card scam here.

Rigged to drop and slip out

Buyer beware: this is a scam! We tried for five times. Two of the times the claw caught the toy, but when it was close to the opening it loosened the grip, and the toy fell. This happened twice! We literally grabbed the toy, and the claw loosened the grip last second. What a scam! Stay away

Claw machines claw don't go down all the way, barely any grip. I know claw machines are rigged, but these are unplayable. I wouldn't bother going back again.

Like most claw machine places, entirely rigged and difficult. But you probably expected that! Fortunately, they do give you a few free tokens if you upload a 5 star review, which might explain their higher rating.
My daughter liked the novelty here, but she is limited in much she can spend. If you like the rush of gambling but can control yourself, there’s very little to lose except some of your money.

The selection is cute but payout is set WAY WAY WAY too high for the quality and size of prizes. It should not be over $15 of play for a literal 2 inch UNBRANDED random plush keychain. It's fun to try and it's only $1-2 dollars ($1 per coin) to try but if you cannot win within $10 it is not worth it in my opinion. You basically HAVE to hit payout in order to win because the way most of these prizes are shaped there's not really any tricks to use. We were there on a busy Saturday and not one single person won anything in any machine!!!! If you want to play for fun, I would say spend $10 maximum and just hope you get lucky and get pay out. However I wouldn't spend more than that and DO NOT EXPECT TO WIN.

Beware! Avoid if you can. All of their machines, except for 1 (the spinning clip game) are games of chance, not games of skill. I asked an employee, who confirmed this after suspicious frequency of items being dropped by the claw. Nobody wins here but the owner.
While there is significant variety in prizes, these machines are tuned to never pay out. The exceptionally high token cost per play ($1-2 in tokens per play), coupled with cheap looking prizes and low payout make this place nothing more than a depressing casino for kids. This place literally ruined my kid’s day.
I should have paid more attention to the signs on top of the machines boasting the great revenue potential for kiddleton franchises.

Very okay. It's $2 per machine which is higher than average. These are not skill based machines, just depends if you get lucky on the strength. Only a few machines have licensed toys: we saw a Pokemon, Mario and some anime one but the rest are kiddle branded random stuff, which can still be cute but we played $10 and only won 1 thing, so not really worth it. It was fun to check out while in the mall though.

We love claw machines! This place is located right across from the Sega pop up shop (June 2025) so it's nice to stop by after grabbing lunch. Definitely hard to get a prize but easy access and clean space! Always a fun time ^^

Kids like having fun here. Lots of kids love this place. It's $1 a token but many machines require 2 tokens.
