Great nice small gym with nice amenities. Now they also offer virtual golf. I like it that every time come here they have parking available.

The customer service is terrible, you can also notice the difference they make between the Latin students and the Koreans, they make an effort to teach their race and the Latins.

I called and the lady who answered my phone had very bad english. Communication was almost non existent. All I wanted to know was monthly price for pool and gym. She said pool is only accessible Monday through Friday and $250/month. I laughed and I repeated the question multiple times.

the person at the entrance is very rude to customers, asking for information gets upset, and treats people badly. she screams a lot and the children get scared, she has no respect.

I went there and doors were locked. No sign about opening hours. I called the posted phone number to ask when I could swim, and she said “I don’t know call back before” and then hung up on me.

※Beware of bacterial infection※ If you have skin problems due to bacterial infection after visit this SPA. Don't go to the dermatologist, just go to the urgent care. And after that, you have to be more careful with the attitude of the owner and staff like garbage. You will experience the owner's worst management mindset. Not even one star worth rating.

This KLG Spa needs certain employee training and education and just minimally... I went to the Spa a few days ago before the noon and was confronted by a rude Korean female employee at the front desk, age around mid fifties, short, and strong Kyongsang (a southeastern province of Korea) provincial accent , who yelled at me shouting in high pitch and with extremely rude emotional facial gesture and starring in deep eyes, ' "You need a vaccine pass to get in!.DO NOT COME HERE!" ... Wowwww..!!!. "What an impressive shouting!To her customer" Honestly, I never recommend this Spa to anyone because I hear frequent shouting by female employees of this Spa at the front desk at their customers... Very Rude Employees.. Do Not Go

$20 to use the facility for the day which includes the sauna, steam room, cold plunge and hot tub. It's definitely a decent sized spa with lots of open showers and space. Only thing preventing me from going back often is the distance. Commuting from Santa Monica to koreatown everyday isn't the easiest! But I love the price and amenities offered. Oh and they're closed on Sunday's FYI

I went here and there were SO mny banana peels outside on the floor that my 83 year olf grammama slipped and fell an broked her hips bones and I was so so sad. I have attachwd= a photo of my grammama after she fell as proof. pls don't let this happen again. But also p good service, 4/5

my first time in this spa I liked everything very clean the price is ok 15 dollars for a day on the second floor of the sauna there are rooms with hot stones very relaxing and at the entrance there is a nail salon and I loved working the pedicure very well excellent all 20 the pedicure and the manicure gel 25 ami charged me 30 they took my old gel from me this good price i recommend this place KLG the only defect that saw wings 10 pm and there is no restaurant I look at one but they only sell 3 dishes and only Korean
