This place is just horrible! The customer service is disgusting! If you're going with family don't even think about coming here they will take almost 1hr per plate. They don't take your order all together and prepare it. Then they get it wrong! If they miss something on your order and you ask for it they just ignore you. Please hire people that don't give attitude when all you want is to get your food. This is specifically for the restaurant side not the bakery. If there were negative star reviews I would definitely do that. I got some platanos muchos that looked wierd and old. I'm pregnant so I ate them for my baby but I will never come back to this place. The carne asada with casamiento was nasty and the popusas were over cooked.

Personally, I didn't like the service, the food was very bad, it seems like Nicaraguans don't work there, the fritanga is horrible, the meat is very cold, the hard slices looked like horse leather, and the Valencian rice is never filled with a whole chiltoma, horrible, everything, I'll never go back to eat there ??? and pay a lot of money for what I ordered, everything was very bad ?????

Good Nicaraguan food approved by my Nicaraguan family. Order at counter, some self serve tables. Need to speak Spanish to order. Overpriced but I love somewhere with no Nicaraguan restaurants so it was worth the splurge. $20 dollars per combo plate. Large Horchata was $8! They take credit card.

The food was terrible, the cocoa drink had a bad taste and I complained that they were bothered by the terrible service. I don't recommend the place. Bad experience. I was one of the last customers and all the food that was left or they don't sell it is heated the next day because that's why the food is bad. They do not sell fresh food to the customer

The food looks very good but the customer service is not, the women who serve you gamble with money and do not wash their hands to make pupusas or tortillas with their hands, for that reason I no longer return to shopping for pupusas, it made me sick. .....

I come from Minnesota to visit Los Angeles, very excited that local people told me that they sell Nicaraguan products here! I found what I was looking for but the attention I received at the place was very bad, the people were bad-tempered and gave me a very bad impression of the place.

There are 10 ladies to serve there, out of the 10, not one of them moves, they are very slow, they should change for ones who really want to work.
