This place is the best, especially if you have packages from multiple shipping services to send out at once. Glad I found it again and will definitely be back. Customer service has been fantastic!

Poor customer service. The person WORKING there had no idea how to fill out or even deal with a Fedex form to mail out an envelope. He was rude, and disrespectful. Take your business to Lako Express which is a mile away from here.

Absolute scammers. Never showed me the original invoice for a package and yet told me the "cheaper" option which was UPS.. I realize this later on when I got home after agreeing. Untrustworthy. They also keep your information in their database, very unnerving.

My husband and I were completely ignored by them. When staff did decide to give us any attention they demanded that we looked through the website connected to our request before they would actually help us. They never asked if we even had the ability to do that. Just as soon that we could do it and showed very little interest in securing the business. While I was there I then heard other customers complaining about them shifting prices in the middle of deals that we're trying to be struck. There is a lot of anger and arrogance that flows through the young people who work there and if I owned that place the first thing I would do is get rid of all of them. I came here for the same business prior to the pandemic and had a very different experience of these idiots. I will never come here again. The work that they do there are too many companies little small mom and pop situations out here the desperately need the work and will do it very well. No one owes these knuckleheads anything save yourself the stress and the argument with 12-year-olds

I went in to purchase some paper tape. I found the place to be clean and professional. I also needed some Fragile stickers for some dish boxes, but didn't want to purchase a whole roll. The guy behind the counter turned around and got some from the ones they use for shipping and gave them to me free of charged. He even asked if I wanted more. So hard to find kind and friendly customer service now a days. This simple kind and generous gesture will make this my go to place for shipping and shipping supplies. Every time I go to pick up my packages, they say I don't have any. I have to go above and beyond to prove that I have a package at this location. My ID isn't enough, they want to see a print out from UPS to show that I had a package delivered to their location. I think they just see a black person and want to get me out of their store. I live down the street so I think I'll keep going there just to make them uncomfortable and teach them how to be more sincere and inclusive in their dealings with customers.

Terrible customer service. I went there to print a FedEx label, but they refused to print one for me unless I also shipped my 40lb box from their location. The owner wouldn't even look me in the eye, but just kept shaking his head saying "No, No, No." When I asked him why he would not simply print the label for me, he continued to ignore me. I have given this place lots of business over the years, but no more. I'll use the post office two blocks away which provides much better customer service.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I couldn't bare not to. I came here to send a small item and the owner charged me extra for the labor fee of $5 for packing something small without even telling me that he was charging me extra. So I told him that I didn't know he charges for the "labor" of simply putting my small item inside the box. I was still ready to pay the extra $5 but he suddenly ripped the box tape off from my box and told me to get out. All I said to him was that I didn't know about the extra charge and he got mad. Was I trying to start an argument with the owner, not to pay the extra $5? No, all I said was I didn't know about the extra fee. Yet he started ripping off the box tape and refused to take my parcel. The owner has a SERIOUS ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUE. I was shocked and the person behind me was shocked.

I came here to drop off a few UPS packages with prepaid label, the guy worked there just rudely pointed at one of the signs stating that I need to pay extra for each package just to drop them off.
