I've had to come here twice now for blood labs and I got paired with Mitzy (sorry if misspelled) both visits - SHE'S INCREDIBLE. I specifically came back because of her. I have passed out dozens of times throughout the years getting blood work and she is the only person who has made me feel at ease and she is so quick! Always happy to come back to this facility because of her. The front desk folk are also helpful and quick.

As someone who works in healthcare management and understands the patience and integrity the medical field takes, this office completely lacks it. I witnessed a phlebotomist named Ana Maria completely belittle and disrespect an elderly Latino gentleman. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BELITTLED AND DISRESPECTED. Patients are human beings and should be treated with respect. To make things worse, they run an office with no onsite supervision or management, which makes me only imagine what happens to these poor patients and what goes on behind closed doors. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! And the manager, supervisor, or even owner, I am still awaiting your call.

The ladies up at the front were so nice & helpful since the ipad to log in was taking too long. Took my 2 year old son for bloodwork. Erica helped me out, she did so good, my son didn’t even shed a tear. Made me feel so comfortable & also there was little to no wait time. I was out in less than 10 mins. Recommend this location. Thank you Erica you’re the sweetest. ❤️

This was the best Labcorp/lab place I've walked into?? I went to a labcorp last week and this poor lady waited like 30+min for someone to show up at the empty window cuz she needed help with her appointment. Then I went to quest diagnostics and they didn't even have a window!!!!! I've never been to a medical office where there wasn't a front office person I was shooketh. Anyway, this location Was super easy to check into, and then the nice lady at the desk was very patient and helped call my doctors office cuz we had questions. 10/10 would come back even though it's far for me.

I don't know if they change staff regularly but my mom and I were walk-ins and they were real nice and welcoming and took care of us in under 25 minutes. My mom just wants to come here for lab work from now on.

They have fast service, they are friendly, I took my dad and since we didn't make an appointment we went, they have a walk in so as I saw it was very busy I asked them how long the wait was, the lady at the counter told me approximately an hour and I went out to wait outside for the people who entered had a seat and I was surprised because it didn't even take an hour to attend and the service is fast, I recommend it ??

Terrible service. She is extremely rude and unprofessional, refuses to provide simple answers, is curt, sarcastic and provides snickered responses. Does not provide simple eye contact to customers questionsI, got the impression that she prides herself in her warped behavior towards low income, Spanish speaking customers as they unwittingly accept this treatment.

This organization is unprofessional and the customer service rep is rude and unhelpful. Every time my blood work is sent to them I get bill because they can not seem to get my insurance info on file. Wont be going there again,

I detest the answering machines over the phone and when I tried to go in person early enough they still declined to accept me I feel discriminated shame on this location

I think they should change the staff starting with a heavy person who is very despotic and arrogant, treats people as if we were trash.

I see a lot of people put two stars. Reason for 5 stars I make my appointments I never had any problems or issues at all. All staff in front desk are very nice and sweet. And the people in the back that draw your blood are very sweet Tanny was very sweet People make your appointments on line and trust me you won’t have any issues at all. Make your life easy and be happy life is to short.
