I'm not a fan of getting blood drawn, but it was necessary so I headed to the nearest LabCorp. I was so happy to have gotten Mayra at the front. What a joy - she was so friendly, professional, and fast. And she took my blood in SECONDS, hardly even felt the prick. Some people just have a great touch, and Mayra is one of them. I hope when I come back next time I'm lucky enough to have her again!!!

I had appointment at 8:15am and got notification at 8:45am regarding cancellation after my waiting 30 minutes at the locked door, that is a stupid system

I went in at 9am right when they opened to see if walk-ins were accepted but unfortunately no! Aurora was extremely rude, right from when I told her I had no appointment she started to give me attitude saying look for a place with walk ins. she probably thought I looked too young to understand her rude attitude.

Labcorp used to be my lab of choice. Now (12/24), it ranks the worst. I routinely have to wait a month for an appt. w/in 10 miles from my house. Last week, I waited 40 min. (w/an appt. 8 miles away) in an overcrowded waiting room without enough seats. Small, packed room with 8 people having to stand, including seniors. Felt like a bus depot with us all over each other, many of us sick, in still air. Just hideous. They need more staff, appts. and seats, apparently. Stressful place to give blood, but one covered by most insurance plans. The appt. setting feature of the website would be good if there was timely availability.

Honestly the greatest blood draw of my life. Didn’t feel a thing, and I always do, so that was unexpectedly good. Also the test results came back in less than 24 hours (was estimated to be 2-4 business days). The process was really fast too. Loved it, will be back.

Aurora the front desk doesn’t have the right attitude to work in that field. You can clearly see she has no patience with patients. It was barely 10 am to say she was having a bad day but seeing all of those bad reviews about her clearly says she doesn’t like her job. She Horrible service.

The woman with the red hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept giving me attitude. She almost made me cry. On top of that, she was giving every patient that was walking in an attitude.

Horrible red, curly haired women at the front desk was incredibly rude. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Front desk was very rude, i was actually surprised at how rude the front desk attendant was she had light skin & curly hair I didn’t even get her name. I like to treat other kindly so it really did take me by surprise at how rude she was for no reason.
