Xiomara was absolutely amazing and her needle was painless, coming back for her. The facility is so so nice too and all the girls were super nice!

I love how fast I was in and out but I’ve never had my arm hurt so much after a routine blood draw. The lady was in such a rush to leave by 4pm that I think she punctured my vein or did something very wrong.

The wait is absurd the pre-check in person makes things go so slow. Mind you that is not the only wait one you get past him you then have to "officially"check in and wait some more. Parking fees are not covered

Very difficult to get to the office - no security to direct you, elevator didn't work, walked up 3 flights of stairs knocked at door waited for 5 mins no answer. Walked back downstairs ran into a person who directed me to another set of elevators. There was no waiting check in was easy, the tech was professional.Need better instructions into building

This lab quarter facility is pretty nice! The only thing that's hard is that depending on how long you have to wait, because you can never find a timely appointment at this location, you typically have to pay for parking and it can be expensive period $2 every 15 minutes - $20 maximum. The typical weight low is anywhere from 15 Minutes to an hour.

I've been going to this place since early 2021 and I can't say enough praise. So what's so good about it?1. There's parking2. The building is nice and so are the people3. The lab is open and you actually come in contact with the technicians (they don't hide behind closed doors like Quest)4. Every single technician has gone above and beyond the call of duty to assist me, being calling the doctor to ask where's the order if it didn't come or help with the kiosk5 And here's an important factor: I have small veins and when I don't drink a lot of water, they're even harder to draw blood from. THE TECHNICIANS NEVER MISSED. They drew without pain. That's professionalism. So being pros at drawing blood, being available and truly willing to help, the nice surrounding and parking availability makes it my choice of lab. Thanks LabCorps.

The absolute worse billing experience. I had tests done mid February and receiving (2) bills over $1400 with an additional one just received today. They don’t return any emails or calls. I asked to update my insurance info which I am assuming they never did although provided the day I had my tests done. Avoid this location if you want to avoid similar billing issues!

FYI I'm the father and I wasn't able to be here during this incident due to a cough I have. Had I been there, this nurse or lab agent would not have continued to help us.My wife came home upset and trying to catch her breathe as she is still recovering from giving birth. She went in for my newborn son's blood draw. The associate "Kour" or "Cor" right away came across as rude. She was holding my son while trying to check in at the kiosk. Another associate was kind enough to help her and had her sit down in the chair in the waiting area. *Reminder* (She had just given birth less than a week ago and still recovering). "Kour" approaches her while she is providing the other associate with the info she needs to finish her check-in, and interrupts by having her expose our son's foot to hold a warm compress on it.After a few minutes, "Kour" returns and tells her to enter the area for the blood draw. She was about to sit in the chair that is designated for the patients to sit in when she tells her that she has to stand while holding our son. And that the lab agent gets to sit in the chair since it's easier for her and not the patient or patients mom. (She was just at LabCorp on Tue, Apr 11 for the same routine blood draw for our son, and the associate that assisted her that day had her sit in the same chair while the lab agent performed the blood draw). "Kour" wanted my wife to hold my son high enough for her to reach his foot, which is difficult for her since the lab agent is confy sitting in a high chair, and my wife petite individual standing. My wife told "Kour" that she needed a chair to sit on because she recently gave birth and was feeling hot and tired from standing. The lab agent brushed it off and told my wife that she was almost done. My wife spoke up and made it clear that she told the lab agent "kour" AGAIN that she felt she was going to fall over or possibly faint. She then asked her if she wanted her to call her colleague over and my wife said yes. She did so and when her colleague arrived, "Kour" did not tell her why she called her over. She asked her associate if she could bring her a chair to sit on, and she did. When "Kour" was done, she proceeded to tie my son's ankle with a bandage wrap, and I right away said I didn't want that. I also informed her that last time, the associate put on a bandaid. "Kour" attempted to defend her reason for tying the bandage wrap but I still was not on board with that. She left to find a bandaid which is what my son has always been given and when she returned, she put it on his foot, and said nothing more. She continued to do her paperwork quietly. My wife then asked her if that was all, and she said yes.Never has my wife nor I, felt this type of negligent treatment from a LabCorp staff specially from a providence facility. I'm still in shock on how lab Corp failed to assist my wife and our sons needs due to the actions and protocols of this lab agent. Had my wife fainted because that lab agent refused to let my mother in law in and help my wife there would be some serious repercussions. Things like this should not go un noticed. Patients and patients parents must always be a priority. Especially when a parent is holding a child."Kour needs to do better and assist in any way possible and think of the patient. Not just herself. Ridiculous. Beware when getting assisted with Labcorp speak up if you feel like the lab agent doesn't care about you or your son/daughter's needs.

Organized, clean, professional and respectful. Takes a bit to find an availability for appointments so plan ahead and keep checking the schedule on the website. User friendly. Kind and patient staff.

I went in for tests I've been having done for over five years at least three times a year. Always has been covered by Medicare and my gap insurance. Every single time. This time, however, the phlebotomist walked over with an invoice and started to Insist I pay the invoice before they draw the blood. I asked her if her job was to draw blood or to collect payments. And the invoice was an obvious error. And it still hasn't been corrected. I'm actually going to leave these people and go across the street to cedars. Thank you. What a fustercluck. So rude.
