Went here for lab work; I was in and out quickly, woman who checked me in and took my blood was friendly. Lots of good free parking.

My doctor's office sent me to Labcorp because their nurse was unable to draw blood from me, after poking me in 4 different areas (arms, wrists, hands). I've been to this Labcorp in the past and thankfully I had Yvonne again (the phlebotomist). She is AMAZING! I always have problems having blood drawn - I have tiny veins, and they tend to hide or move, or the blood comes out very slow. Yvonne Knows how to find the perfect vein!! Incredible. I didn't have an appointment, but was in and out within 30 minutes. The facility is very clean. Quick check-in on a kiosk. Highly recommend this location and especially Yvonne... she's kind, patient, gentle... The Best! Give this woman a raise!!

As someone who gets blood work done at least once a month, this is the best Lab Corp location in west LA. The others are constantly closing with no warning, the wait times are insane even with an appointment, and the staff is rude. I drive out of my way just to come here now. Quick, friendly, and helpful.

I had little trouble finding their suite but was helped by the people in the next suite. Apparently that happens often. The labcorp waiting area is very small. The person at the check in was business like but not unfriendly. Same can be said of the phlebotomist. I asked how long I should keep the bandage on, she said at least 10 minutes so I don't bruise. I kept it on 30 and have a bruise the size of Rhode Island.

They are closing branches faster than you can say Boo.Cutting hours drastically at any remaining branches.Getting really hard to use them. Especially for my son who is at college and has to BIKE to and from. It used to be a 20 min bike ride each way, now it's an hour. I am sure the motivation is financial, but Labcorp risks getting so inconvenient that it loses contracts with insurers and patients will opt for Quest.

I walked in on Monday, October 2nd. There was a short wait, maybe 30 minutes. However. The phlebotomist who took the blood draw from my arm was the worst professional I have ever dealt with. I walked out of that location with my arm swollen and a bruise that is now a dark purple and covers most of my right arm. This woman has no idea what she is doing. After her treatment, I don't even think that she is an actual trained professional. The way she left me after my blood draw was totally opposite of the hippocratic oath to do no harm. Was a class she missed. It has been 4 days since my procedure, and my arm is still swollen and very brushed.

The worst lab I ever been in my life. I thought about leaving from the moment I got there because they were rude with others patients that was there before me. It felt like they really didn’t like their jobs and they just want you to get out of there asap. I’m always scared of blood testes and they made my experience worse. I will never come back.

Go to Quest if you need anything urgent. Labcorp has horrible customer service, you can't even get a human on the phone in most of their locations. They do not return messages either. If you have urgent medical needs, forget getting a quick appointment with Labcorp. They seem to think that everyone has weeks to wait for bloodwork appointments, even though some bloodwork is urgent. These morons couldn't care less.

Really Professional and Really Nice People. I have super really hard blood to take, and Michelle took it one, two, three, no "Pain." Clean facility. Front Desk was a breeze with Check In Help With Yvonne.

My mom needed to do a routine lab work panel and her PCP referred her over to this place. This particular Labcorp is located on the first floor and it is very clean. Check in was through a tablet and fairly easy to use and navigate. There was only one phlebotomist on site this morning and honestly she needs a raise because she was doing it all with appointments and walk ins. Overall, the wait time was more than 30 minutes, but then again she was the only one there so the wait time was pretty reasonable. Also, there is parking building next door. It is $1 per 15 minutes so keep that in mind.

Unfortunately I’m a regular here ..Evon is usually by herself working the front, the phones, drawing blood, dealing with rude customers and she is always kind fast and professional. It isn’t an easy place to work since eve time wants to be in and out in five minutes but they need to be patient. It’s much better than quest. I also know quest is understaffed. Just be kind please they are wonderful. No one can ever draw my blood on the first try without using my hand aside from this place. Also you need to drink water (unless you are fasting of course and told not to) but if you have small veins they can’t get blood unless you drink water before hand.

I have to get blood drawn often. The customer service is wonderful. I always just walk in. I never had to wait more then 15 minutes. My favorite phlebotomist is Yvonne she could find a vein in a turnip. She deserves a gold medal for phlebotomy. Yvonne is fast and accurate.

Helpful and great phlebotomist here! I was accommodated as a walk in and I really appreciated that.
