I came here on a Wednesday, and the lady who helped me was so kind and helpful, so I came back the same week on Friday for my follow-up, and got here right at 8 (when they open). However, by 8:45 am they still weren’t open. They had a whole line of people, and the lights were off — no one inside. People were frustrated and calling the Labcorp number, but received no aid. The worst part is I paid $7/hr for parking to then sit in an empty hallway! Waste of time and money

Princess was phenomenal!!! not only was she kind, caring and compassionate, but she was efficient and effective. She made sure my visit went as smoothly as possible. She got me in and out in a timely manner and she also explained the new system to me. Thank you so much LabCorp for hiring very competent people. I would love to see you more people like her in the field!! I’m usually a very hard poke and she got me on the second time whereas other people take 5 to 6 times to find a good vein. I’m very glad to have encountered her today.

Kelsey was SO nice and made the uncomfortable experience of getting blood drawn tolerable. She was patient, kind, and let me take all the time I needed to collect myself after the fact. Check in was easy and quick. Only 4/5 stars because you have to pay for parking.

I've always had bad experiences with Labcorp until today. Had an appt @ 10:30am, walked in, got checked in, and got called in right away. Staff was super nice and friendly and the office was nice and quiet and well organized. I was in and out within 10 minutes. You can choose to find self parking near the food areas or pay for parking to be closer. The only suggestion is to add signs when exiting the Elevator so patients know where to find you ;-)

Worst customer service. There is another patient with the exact same name with the same birth date except he has not paid his bill. I was refused treatment.

The employees, although not very receptive, were professional, and the reasonS why I gave them only one star are:
- first of all, it’s almost impossible to find the ofice! There are three buildings in the area, and you can find the numbers of the buildings, but that’s it. There is a touchscreen directory when you go inside the building, but not everybody knows how to use it, and believe it or not I didn’t find the Lab suite number, in the Internet..
When you get to the second floor, there’s no arrow indicating the direction for the suite. Keep going…
- meanwhile, remember that the parking will be paid by you!!!
- after the blood was collected, I noticed that they did not give me the big jar to collect urine for 24 hours, as it was requested by the doctor. I needed to ask for it. For my surprise, they told me, that the lab does not give the recipient any longer! They told me to ask the doctor for it, because “nowadays, you get the recipient from the doctors office. “ I called the doctor’s office, and they were really surprised to hear that. It was the first time ever, that they heard such a thing!!!
- I tried to contact other LABCORP Offices from different cities. The calls are always answered by an answering machine. You can leave your name and phone number and the reason why you were calling. Wait for their response, but don’t hold your breath!
- try communicating with LABCORP. They don’t have an email, or any way of communication besides phone calls that are never returned.
- I have been hitting pharmacies looking for the 24 hour collection jar, and the funny thing is that the pharmacies’ employees tell me, that I get the jar from the lab… Did I say funny? Sorry, it isn’t! The person feels inside an episode of the “twilight zone.”
Today, I will go in person to another city’s lab, if they don’t give me a collection jar, I will postpone my doctor’s appointment, and order the jar online.

Slow service and they do not validate parking. Choose a different location if at all possible.

Every time I went in to do my blood work, every member of staff here had been amazing. I was well treated, and they wasted no time in completing my blood work.

Thankfully I work in a building walking distance from here so it was easy for me to get to. Did a walk in 15min before closing, and they were kind to me at the front desk, pretty simple check in, i paid cash it the labs were responsibly priced, do not come after closing and expect to be let in, they have a hard stop closing time. Otherwise it was quick and efficient. I had a hard time getting blood drawn but the lady was quick and knew what she was doing. I had an overall good experience. Still waiting for my labs, it’s been two days, so I can update it when my labs come in for ETA of how long that could take

GOOGLE - You need to fix the Overview screen. Google lists the location (beneath the address cell) as FLOOR 1. It is INCORRECTLY displaying “Floor 1” and should be FLOOR 2. (Somewhat obvious because Suite 2080 is obviously on the second floor, FLOOR 2).I could not find a method to convey this info using “Suggest an Edit” on the app.
