“I accidentally left a vintage 18K Tiffany brooch attached to a blouse that I was having cleaned. I thought that I had lost it and checked everywhere at home. I saw it when I was selecting a blouse to wear. It was still attached to the blouse that had been returned from the cleaners.The blouse was cleaned, pressed and with the pin attached. It was so unexpected and then so wonderful to know that there are special people and businesses that have the highest of integrity! This piece has emotionally valuable to me.I have enjoyed being a client of VIP Cleaners for many years!I cannot imagine going anywhere else!”

What I don’t like and believe a lot of customers don’t like, are the security and rule following in the parking lot. People don’t park in official locations, lots of cars parked in the alley blocking the way, people parking in the middle of the only passing lane, and much more.”

“This is my go to laundromat for the past 6 years, its honestly the cleanest and the most friendly environment in highland park. Ive gone to almost all the laundromats in my area & this is by far the best in all aspects. The hours are from 6am-10pm, last wash load is at 9:30pm. Its safe, free wifi, bathroom, vend machines (snack, drink, & soap), parking is easy, even to grab a bite next door. Honestly I think I come here because of the laundromat lady, who is a total sweet heart. Always greets me and ask about how I'm doing. For all those bad reviews on here, its obvious you are all just a bunch of racist jerks. The laundromat isn't a 24 hr service, so dont be coming to wash literally right at closing time.”

She banged on me for getting quarters thinking I wasn't doing laundry. I assured him it was okay. How considerate is that?! Less than 24 hours later, my clothes were fresh and so clean. I love that they just shoot you a text when everything is ready for pickup. “I went there around 10 AM this Tuesday morning, there were at least half a dozen other customers waiting for their laundry, etc., safety was not an issue. The first machine I went to after about 10 minutes, stopped functioning. So I called the number and asked for Ramiro and he came by within 10 minutes and made things right. They have an app that you can install to pay for your laundry, otherwise you will need a bunch of quarters to use the machines. Parking in the outside lot is a little bit busy at times so is catch as catch can.”

“Love this laundromat! Very clean, very sanitized. The workers there are amazing and play really amazing music. The first time I went, they played old-school R&B. The second time I went, they played Mariachi music. So, this is how it works - you can use coins, but if you're like me, and kinda hesitant to use coins in the middle of a pandemic, you can download an app (FREE!) and it'll connect you to the machines. You can load the money via ApplePay or another card. You load your clothes in the machine, close the door, and pay for the machines through the app. (Trust me, it's a lot easier than it sounds!) The dryers are a bit pricey (like all laundromats). I think it cost me close to $2.00 to thoroughly dry my clothes (it adds up after so many loads). But other than that, I highly recommend it. Just a very clean Laundromat, very professional workers and just in a hidden nook in HLP.”
