“Okay, not to be dramatic… but this dry cleaner is a magical wardrobe spa run by one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met, GREGORY!
The owner is a literal angel. He greets you like you’re an old friend or family member. Every visit is met with genuine warmth, like he actually cares about your clothes AND your trip to Japan AND your nails. Lol
Now let’s talk skills. I am a girl with a passion
for fashion so you can imagine all the crazy things that come out of my wardrobe and the depth in which I care about them. I would not leave my very precious clothes in the hands of ANY other dry cleaner shop. They do amazing work and they do it all in time. I really don’t know how but wow, am I grateful! I have had many many items tailored and cleaned over the years for myself and my family and have left with a smile on my face every. single. time.
Seriously—drop your clothes off here, and prepare to be emotionally attached to your dry cleaner. If I could give more stars, I’d form a constellation in their honor. ?????”

“This place is heaven sent. The owner is nice and friendly. Clothes are always ready on time . They even do alterations. I had some wide leg dress pants and she was able to hem them and make them straight leg. I would definitely recommend this cleaners.”

“came here for the first time since my washer back home is broken. i like it a lot! it's clean, quiet, and i think the washers are reasonably priced. you do have to buy a laundry card but if you buy it with cash you get an extra $3 on it!!! there's also free wifi, a vending machine with soap, detergent, & bleach. you don't have to bring a bag of coins : )”
“If you need tailoring or clothing alterations in Palms / West LA, this is the place to go. VIP Cleaners did an excellent job hemming six pairs of pants for me right before a trip with everything done on time and perfectly.
Tang was professional and thoughtful, and even suggested tapering the pants so they’d look better based on the outfit I was wearing that day which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about the fit and the final result.

“A little on the pricey side but the cleanliness and quiet environment is what you’re paying for. The machine are all big and the dryers can accommodate a lot of clothes and still dry them properly. Sometimes when staff is there, they are always helpful and ready to show you how the machines work. It’s also great that there’s a wings stop next door”

“So…I walked in today about 2min before closing. I left my 85-year old father in the car b/c he was close enough for me to keep an eye on him.
When I entered the cleaners, there was a customer yelling at one of the older adults behind the counter (he may not have meant to come across as hostile, to be fair). It was pretty intimidating, and everyone seemed a bit uncomfortable as it continued for about 10min. I finally had to speak up since the cleaners was technically closed by then, and I think he was too upset to notice the impact to all parties present.
I am including this as a review because I want to commend the kind, calmness of the two older adults behind the counter at the time. I don’t know if they were specifically responsible for the problem.
What I can say is, the lady behind the counter Never Once raised her voice at the customer. Her tone remained calm and gentle. Even the customer was honest in acknowledging that she took the time to hear out his concern.
After things eased, rather than turning us away, the staff member took the orders of the remaining people waiting, given the unusual circumstances. It never affected her ability to keep trying her best for her customers.
So, I just want to say that, after multiple generations of my family using this cleaners, getting good service, troubleshooting concerns, etc., I am so grateful that the staff is consistently kind in how they approach us and they allow us to communicate what we need to say. I don’t know which staff members do which jobs but, I have experienced kindness from each person that helps us.
My dad and I both appreciate how many times they have helped us get last minute items cleaned for things like funerals and important events. He said he was trying to get out of the car to make sure everyone was safe because he heard the ordeal way out in the parking lot.
I know people are human and sometimes things don’t happen the way someone believes they should. I just glad that, no matter what, we can depend on the staff at Jewell to treat us like human beings, no matter the situation or concern.”

“Excellent laundromat! Everything is new, modern, and easy to use. All the machines and payments are digital, so there’s no need to carry quarters. There is also convenient parking available.
I especially want to recognize Vilma, who works there. She always keeps the laundromat clean, and I constantly see her working, cleaning, and taking out the trash. She is very attentive and always ready to help customers with any questions. She even helps people bring their carts out to their cars. Today, I had a lot of laundry, and she came outside to hold my cart so it wouldn’t roll away while I loaded everything into my car. She is very hardworking, kind, and helpful. I definitely recommend this laundromat!”
