This is the most unprofessional business there is. Don't do business here. They will only disappoint you. I'm currently in the Philippines. My brother went all the way to this location from Sylmar ca. He was sending some documents to me and my new real i.d. that came in the mail for me. I called before hand and they told me that it was ok to send. I also second checked the banned item list to make sure. Nothing he was sending was on the banned item list for lbc. We were both excited because it only cost 11.00 to send. But when my brother got there they refused to ship it. And sent my brother accross the street to Johnny Air cargo . It ended up costing me 56.00Not to mention the time lost traveling there to complete this. The sad thing about this is, by them frustrating my brother he no longer wants to help me send things to me here. The manager or corporate need to get involved in this. It's not good for the employees here to frustrate customers like this. And to say, go to "Johnny Air cargo". Scaring business away. My brother said they were so rude he would never go back here.. He said he was happy to spend four times as much, to send it to me than to have to deal with the staff at this location.

I would not give them even one star. I approached the lady first, i could feel she is not nice. Then I gave my parcel to the ungentleman, and he started asking questions about my address and commented rudely like as if he knows me. He is extremely rude and no manners at all.

The personnel from Vermont branch are the rudest i've ever encountered.. these bastards need to go intensive training to handle good customer service!!!! If only there's an option to rate them negative 1M stars.:

Went there on a Sunday at around 9:22am. And still closed. Hours indicate they're supposed to be open at 9:00am.

Booking a pick up is easy! Just do it online. Packages are trackable online.Packages arrived within 2 months. Faster than other sea cargo services.

The employees are apathetic. This branch needs better customer service. Also, if the employees plan to wear masks indoors, they should wear them properly with the noses covered.

Dont go to this branch. One of the lady customer service is super unprofessional. Will keep asking personal questions eventhough you gave her your ID and already have an account with them. even asking where did you get the money and why are you sending money. She will say aloud your SSN..the others are ok except for this Lady.

The worker at the counter (Corazon) is the rudest person I have yet to encounter. She was not careful with my package-- a box full of kn95 and kf94 masks to be donated to typhoon victims in the Philippines (a good deed, mind you). An old angry Corazon had the nerve to ask me in her squeaky aging voice, "Ibebenta nyo ba mga ito?"(Do you plan to sell these?) Then she threw the receipt on the counter table! Just like that! To LBC Management, she is a disgrace to your company. Train your staff on extending a little kindness and good customer service. Corazon, there is no need for your nasty attitude. I paid for my package... it was not free. So how do you get paid? Through customers like me, right? And we have to bear with your nasty attitude?? It was HELL of an experience transacting with grouchy Corazon!!!

The only man assigned in the Vermont Avenue branch is very very very rude. He even called a customer "ang tanga tanga" meaning so stupid. I don't know with all of the bad reviews you been receiving from this man, he still working with you. Wake up LBC top management! SMH.
