Residents need to support the last of a dying breed in this Atwater village neighborhood. Good mechanics, good business practices, and they have been a shop since before all the changes and made it passed with honest work. Lizardo repair does good work!

Fair, straight up mechanic: does good work for reasonable prices.Also he answers your questions AND even gives info/advice so you can get something done/small part, etc. if you don't have money to fix it right then.Eg. his suggestion enabled me to get replacement for coolant reservoir for the radiator for less money

Lizardo and Juan are masters of their craft and always charge a fair price. I was able to replace all the suspension on my car using parts I purchased online. They can also help source the best price for aftermarket or OEM parts that will best fit your car/budget.Truly a pleasure to work with I would recommend their shop to everyone. I am sad to have moved out of the area. I would drive hours to their shop if I needed to.

I took a chance on a small business and it paid off. Sure, Juan's business is unclaimed on Yelp, but he's humble and happy to have repeat customers like myself. His prices were more than fair and I got my car same day. If your car repair is costing more than the value of your car, stop by to see Juan for another quote.

I started to come here because i needed work done and was recommended by my manager at work. Hands down they are good people. Don't try to fuck you. They will explain and work with you to fix your car. By work with you i mean help you find the parts u need and for the right price. My story: I need to get lower and upper mounts with links for my car suspension and they helped me rind the right price and great brand. They did not fuck me around with over paying or getting me bad quality parts. As for timeline they are responsible. Just bring your car by 8:30 morning and they will do their best to get it done same day if not they will get it done by 2-3 days they do get busy. Overall like the staff and work they do amazing!! And they do put warranty their work. Overall great spot They do speak English but better in Spanish .

This is my second time taking my Ford Fusion for repairs and once again received reliable affordable quick service for my vehicle. Had previously been taking my car to dealer for repairs but found myself frustrated with high cost and endless list of other issues with car. Since bringing it here not only have I saved a lot but also get honest opinion of what my car needs as far as repairs go. Another reason is the turn around time for repairs they're great at repairing your car right within a day or two. So if you're looking for a great honest mechanic don't hesitate to bring your car in.

I have to agree with all that was said here before. Honest. Polite. Friendly. Timely. Affordable and fair. So I say, "Thank YOU Lizardo's! You charming turkeys, you!" The opportunity to cheat me on this one would've been a gimme for just about any other chain place for sure. I had NO IDEA what was wrong and nobody I asked knew how to fix it. All we knew... "It's elektrikal. We don't have an elektrik guy here." These guys did though. In less than a day too. And get this: My debit card didn't vaporize into tiny dusty tears. I hate to say this part, but I WILL be back. We need to get s'more pictures of this place though, huh?! Get on it!!
