Bad customer service, I’m new to this place and I thought it’d be nice based reviews, I was wrong. I arrive there and the incoherent receptionist says that I’m not in the system for an appointment..I have her check again and she now says my appointment is actually two weeks from now which is wrong again so I left. Dirty on the outside of building, stinky and no room on the inside. Don’t bring expensive pets here

On Monday the 8th of June 2020 we brought our little baby in for what appeared to be some sort of bug bite or dental issue. Some swelling on his face was present along with some blood present in his mouth. We dropped him off and awaited a response. We were called a couple of hours later by a female doctor that claimed that our dog was bitten by a snake and had dental issues on that same side and teeth needed to be pulled.Having lived in the East Los Angeles for over 3 decades, I was skeptical of her snake bite assessment as I've never seen a snake of any kind in this urban area. However, I was open to proceeding with any treatment she recommended. She insisted that the teeth needed to be pulled along with treatment and would not take no for an answer. I explained that I only wanted the bite and subsequent symptoms treated but she insisted that the teeth needed to be pulled as well. Reluctantly, I agreed.Tuesday we were allowed to visit our little dude and to our horror his swelling had worsened. Have his face was black. We were told by the doctor that the bleeding in his mouth was simply from the teeth being infected but this appeared much more serious that she seemed to understand. He was being pumped with pain medication and antibiotics and we were assured that blood tests results were showing improvement.Visually, his condition appeared to worsen by Wednesday.By Thursday she was gone for the week and we were now being address by a Dr. Ramirez. He disagreed with the first doctor's assessment that this was a result of snakebite but assured us that our dog's condition was improving. On Friday, despite our baby's condition appearing just as bad, if not worse, Dr. Ramirez let us know that our dog would be ready to go home on Saturday. What we were not informed of was that their offices are closed Sunday. On Saturday we arrived to pick up our little guy. To our horror, he was in agony. He was visibly shaking and convulsing. When we asked to speak to the doctor we were told by one of the attendants that he was too busy but that our dog's condition was perfectly "normal" and would subside as the day went on. How anyone who works at a veterinary office could see a dog in agony after being removed from intravenous medication, shaking, crying, bleeding, and say it was perfectly normal is beyond my comprehension. We arrived at home around noon but our baby's condition only worsened. We called multiple times asking for the doctor only to be told that he was busy and that our dog's condition was expected. We called at least once an hour and never received a different response. By the time their offices were closed, at 4pm, our dog was breathing his last. He died within hours of being told he was ready to go home and recover. In hindsight, it is clear that the first doctor's assessment was completely incorrect and may have delayed or hindered his treatment. Our dog was not "ready to go home" on Saturday. They simply needed him out of there by the weekend. All that was achieved in bring him here was getting us to spend thousands of dollars to prolong his suffering by almost a week.I've taken a full year to ponder on whether or not to leave this review. My family's experience does not negate the positive experiences many people have had here. But, I do feel it is important that people are aware that not every experience at this veterinary center is a positive one. In our case, it was horrific and it is something that I do not wish on anyone.

Unfortunately this clinic went downhill. They don't return phone calls requesting appointments. They don't return emails requesting appointments and when I finally get thru I got put on hold and a very rude person picked up the phone after five minutes and told me to call somewhere else since I'm being rude. Cannot recommend at all now.

I can’t say enough good things. They are so caring for your pet. They spayed my puppy and I was so nervous, but they did such an amazing job with her, she was good to go! They answer any and all questions and actually listen to you when you talk. They are not looking to give you any diagnosis that makes them an extra buck! I am so happy with this vet center!

My experience was good, the truth is very good, the only thing that my dog had carvo, the doctor who treated me was a very bad person and in the end they took my dog away from me. I never saw her again because she never explained to my son that he could finance her treatment to save her. The doctor gave Darla a paper to sign and adopted and we lost our dog and that brought depression to my son. He made me sick and we are still trying to get her back. God knows how much we adore Coco. We want her back home.

Love it like I have been coming here for my pets for many years. The kindness, the attentiveness, the inquiring of treatments in the past, and just the overall love that this veterinarian facility showed was mind-blowing to say the least. I came on a referral and I have told my friends with pets about them. Sometimes we go to places, and think it's ok but if this and that was different it would be better. I can tell you I have nothing, but high remarks and my sister who has a criticism of everything was just as pleased.Recemended and will continue to get my now and future pets treated here

Always overcrowded and very disorganized, but decent care at an okay price. They’re so busy they don’t care about wasting their clients time - they’ll call you to tell you to come pick up your pet as if you’re really inconveniencing them, but then make you wait 40 mins just to bring them out. Don’t even bother trying to park in the lot unless it’s empty.

Most unhelpful place ever. The receptionist is a young woman with red hair and doing her best to be as unhelpful as possible. Cold, rude, unwilling to even try to provide service or info. The other woman who seemed to be her manager, overheard our conversation and stepped in and gave me several referrals and the phone number for an organization that could help me. But the younger one genuinely should not even be in there if she doesn’t wanna help people and animals.
