Marked my order as delivered but it was never delivered. Tried to reach out for a week and absolutely nothing has been done. You will be left on hold for over 30 minutes if you try to reach out via phone call. Awful customer service.

We went to several stores yesterday, after recently moving. I was telling my Husband that Customer Service just is not what it used to be.
Then we walked into Lowe’s and found Erik and David! They went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed. They spent 15 minutes with us getting everything they could help us with! The. They took the time to give me all the aisle numbers for the rest of the items we needed.
I let them know that before walking into their store yesterday, I was beginning to believe that great customer service just did not exist anymore!
They proved me completely wrong! Thank you Erik and David for all your help! You both were beyond amazing! In today’s world it is hard not to feel like we as customers no longer matter!
We were brushed by so many people in the other stores we went to! You two made our day! Thank you so much for taking the time to help us!

Lowe's is very poor with customer service. I made several calls to the store, they picked up the phone and immediately hung it up without saying a word. If they didn't pickup the phone, they just let it rang for many minutes and never answer.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. THEU DONT GIVE A SHOR ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT BUY ANYTHING THEY WILL NOT RETURN OR HELP YOU. JUST LIE TO.YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN. 2AND A HALF YEARS AGO I PUTCHASED SLIDING DOORS STILL NOT COMPLETE AND LOWESBIS LIKE OH WELL. WELL KEEP. TRYING TO GET IT RIGHT BUT WILL NOT COMPENSATE . AT THIS POINT THE DOORS SHOULD BE FREE. WHAT A STUPOD DECISION BUYING FROM LOWES. EVERYONE BEWARE YOU WILL GET SCREWED.

AVOID THEM. Contractors, homebuilders, Lowe's Mid City #2714 will cost you a lot of money in delays and failures. Phil at the window department keeps blaming his support team. Oscar is not even interested to hear you. Eric Garson the manager is not available and does not bother to call you. And who pays for the foul ups? You, the contractor or homebuilder is delay costs. HORRIBLE!!!

Except for the guy in Appliances, nobody is answering their phone, pickup lets it ring and prodesk hangs up after answering.

Possibly the worst experience as a shopper. Left waiting fkr assistance, not once, but three times. I guess don't shop here unless you can pick out the part you need from an unorganized pile like a monkey.
Would give 0, ZERO, stars if I could.

Went to return the carpet cleaning machine and the two employees at the counter stole my $40.00 dollars deposit, been going to the store for years and spending thousands of dollars, today was my last day, will let my family and friends no to go to Lowe’s

Felt like criminals me my brother and my uncle were being followed as soon as we walked in the door my mother walked in after us and she walked in with a cloth bag just to be followed as well when she tried to complain she was told they do that to everyone poor felt harassed terrible experience
