This place has great employees ready to help! Why? Because of the great Management, Michale is always so helpful and ready to help. He will stop what ever he is doing to help me find what I'm looking for. You can tell the people like working here unlike the other pace ....

I recently ordered a refrigerator online from Lowe's website. I ended up cancelling the order because of all the confusing process that occured throughout. First, during check-out, the free delivery option (no longer there) indicated the words "direct". In my mind, this meant "directly from Lowe's to me. Nope! What it really means, I learned later, is that the shipping is "directly" from an external vendor. It also means just "shipping" - not getting it inside - the refrigerator would be left outside of my building.The 2nd (big) issue is that I never got a tracking number nor the name of the shipping company, or the vendor. I had to make several phone calls (with long wait times!) to find out the name of the vendor and the contact # of the shipping company (ESTES) The latter were helpful but did not give me the tracking #, saying that this # would be provided to me by Lowe's. Lowe's never did!!! Neither via eamil or when I spoke to customer service.I guess I was expected to stand outside in the rain and then find people to help me get the refrigerator inside my unit! If the check-out options had been clearer I would have had to choose the option "scheduled delivery" and pay $29. No big deal but it was totally unclear on the checkout page. Actually at the moment, I no longer see the "free" option on the checkout page, but the word "basic", with a charge over 3 times more expensive that the "white glove" delivery ($79 vs $29), and a delivery that would arrive just 1 day earlier! You'll have to dig deeper to find out what the word "basic" means - that the item would be left outside. But no tracking number??? Not knowing when the fridge would arrive, I missed the delivery day, called the shipping company and they were able to just cancel re-delivery and have Lowe's refund me. To note that Lowe's cust support supervisor indicate a different process: said that I had to wait for delivery, refuse it, then wait for the item to be returned to the warehouse, then Lowe's would cancel it and then I would be able to re-order! Which I had no intention to do at this point! But problems did not stop there! The refund arrived on my credit card ... missing the amount I paid for the extended warranty. So, I had to call Lowe's again! Took about 1 hour to get in contact with the warranty service and request to cancel the warranty. Now waiting for a check in the mail (up to 2-weeks)! This was my first time ordering from Lowe's but, given the confusion and headaches, I think it will also be the last! I found the same model elsewhere (a family-owned company!), it'll take a couple of days to get it, with (free) "white glove" delivery, but at least things are clearly stated on their website - and their customer service is top-notch! I even saved a little money in the process!

Pedro was a huge help today choosing flooring for our beach condo! He came right up to us and asked if we needed help. He directed us to the more popular options for Vinyl Flooring and we were able to narrow it down to two choices very quickly and easily with his help. He also saved us money by signing us up for a Pro account. He is a huge asset to Lowe's, friendly and informative. Thanks so much Pedro!

Been here many times, lots of parking always available, busy shopping center, very clean and organized. Comparable prices to other stores, friendly helpful staff. Will return and highly recommend.

NEGATIVE STARS!!!! Went into store to buy a dryer but would not sell what was on the display or even the extra that it showed on stock. Ordered on line and got a text the day before for delivery from 11am-3pm. At 10:15am the day of delivery we got an email saying the delivery was canceled. No ETA for when it can be delivered but can call to reachedule. Trying to find out WHY it was canceled or even if we can pick it up FROM THIS STORE and NO ANSWER FOR 5 HOURS!!!!!! Calls dropped- nobody answers the phone. Nobody can tell me why it was canceled other than 'it missed the truck'. Tried social media platforms and they are no help. No customer service at all!!! Horrible.

Customer service is an oxymoron. Unless the corporation takes over the hardware world, my plan is to avoid this chain for the duration of my life. I imagine that, with all likelihood, employees are paid dreck. In which case, shame on Loew's. In ALL cases, shame on Loew's. The qualification for a job there is that you have a pulse - and that you can lift a device to your face to look as though you're helping. (I'm mostly referencing the Mid-Wilshire store in LA, but I wasn't all that impressed with Burbank... except they had more bodies employed who could only point as a means of assistance). Impossible to find your way around the place. One "associate(?)" sent me to aisle 75... there was no aisle 75. Anywhere. Nor the seeming knowledge by anyone in the store that that was the case. One "associate(?)" showed infinitely more interest in training someone on the register than assisting. Just - crap.

I'm having real second thoughts about dealing with Lowe's. I went into the store and spoke to the sales associates in kitchen cabinets and they were lovely. I paid $75 so that somebody can come out and measure the project and I have never heard back. I've spent the better part of this morning trying to speak to someone and it rings for many many minutes and no one ever comes on the line, so how do I want to work with a company where I call and I cannot speak to anybody, and the people that are supposed to come out and measure never called me for an appointment, I think I'm going to have to transfer to Home Depot

It’s Lowe’s! What can you really expect? I’m here a couple times a month, and I can tell you the best way to save time is to research yourself where the items are before coming to this store. Why, you may ask? Because the STAFF HERE IS USELESS AND PROVIDES THE MINIMAL AMOUNT OF HELP, if ANY!

My new smoke detector was run over by a car! Would Lowes on pico near rimpau let me exchange it?. I bought a smoke alarm and 4 other items at this Lowes on Saturday the 10th of February 2024, I was offered a bag and was surprised it was paper.being a bus rider I got on the bus and off again further west on pico.as I was crossing the street on pico and while in the crosswalk the bag tore spilling all 5 contents onto the crosswalk near the curb,rushing I found 4 items and turned to see the smoke detector in the crosswalk.before I could get to it a car ran right over it !!. I went back to Lowes this morning of the 12th and they let me exchange it for a new smoke detector,Wow,great service and people were helpful. Just a hint if you can get to this Lowes early it's much easier to navigate.seems that after 10 am they get real busy and it's much harder to get help..thank you Lowes on pico near rimpau. I will be back.

1st time going to this place. Decided to go here becuz I was burnt out on home depot...Most of the staff was very helpful...had to self checkout...didnt like it but it was easy
