I visited the Macy's downtown store called the bloc and found all the men's pajamas and underwear garments on the floor. As if nobody was monitoring the customers trash the section. And I'll bet that all the items will be placed back on racks and sold to customers . This was the ultimate definition of discussing

products and people are nice but if you need to go to the restroom is like a homeless lives there.

I never shopped at this Macy's location at the Bloc till recently, just passed by it. I was in the area, had a holiday gift list to check off and the store seemed laid back, far from frentic during Thanksgiving weekend. Not the biggest Macy's store, but well organized, clean, nice decor. Merchandise and selection was pretty good as well, customer service was better than at the my nearest store. I don't live in the area, but this store is a great option, OK deals, I enjoyed my shopping experince, pretty relaxed considering the season. Nice Christmas decor as well! Great surprise!

I love going to this place. Macy's is my one stop shop in Downtown LA. Shopping is easy. Returning items is even easier (not that I return a lot). Staff in Pick up / return area is very gracious, accomodating and very helpful. To think they are at the farthest end of the store. Soon as you go in, the smell of different fragrances will greet you ... the fragrance corner is in the front. it gives you a light feeling to go around the store. They have a lot of different selections from fragrance, dresses, appliances and even to the littlest things you may need. Price is always reasonable, affordable and specially when they go on sale. Very tempting not to buy ! I give this place a 10+

Sometimes the values are great. The people are nice but helpless and not well trained. There are a few exceptions at the register. In the store, you are on your own. No help. I experienced long lines in the fitting rooms and and at the register. The person I encountered most recently at the register was helpful and efficient and friendly even after encountering tired & frustrated customers in front of me in line.My on line experience: when there is a problem, it takes hours to get help. A simple issue is made complicated. I was switched around from person to person. After 1 1/2 hours a simple issue was not resolved. The person made simple math complicated. I was told I could talk to a supervisor in 26 minutes. I couldn't. I was out of time.

We found a carryon to replace my broken one so the Samsonite selection was good.Men's jeans selection was limited in terms of sizes and brands.Staff were limited and less helpful.Recommended to look on the website and make sure they have in stock before you stop by.

Adriana and Nancy have the worst customer Service skills. Adriana said she is the highest manager, yet she has no management skills. They made me sick. They are awful to say the least. I hope that they get some sort of training on how to speak to their customers.

Shopping at Macy's was a delight from start to finish. The store had a wonderful ambiance with clean and well-lit aisles, creating a pleasant atmosphere for browsing. The variety of products available was impressive, and the prices were reasonable. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff readily available to answer any questions. I left Macy's feeling satisfied and will definitely be returning for my future shopping needs.

MAJOR HEADS UP: Macy's, a CLOTHING store, closes all their fitting rooms 2.5 hours before closing every night. I found this out tonight after also going later in the evening the other night and not being able to try anything on either time. I thought last time was a unique situation, but that's the nightly plan apparently. I shop at other Macy's stores all the time and have never encountered this. Guess this location doesn't want to make any sales after 6:30 pm or care about customers who come in to find something quickly whose only options are buy and return or put it on hold until you can come back the next day to try things on, which doesn't work if you need something in a hurry and can't come back. It's absurd.

Went in 4 hours before close to buy a suit only to be told "all dressing rooms are closed." I was ready to spend up to $1-2k but just left given it's no better than just buying online. No wonder department stores are going out of business.

This location doesn't have the best merchandise, the buyers are clearly buying for a lower economic clientele. The makeup counters are fine enough, but there's no Tom Ford counter or Laura Mercier. I do love their returns counter, the employees are fast and efficient.

The jewelry selection lacks variety compared to other Macys. Overall this Macys usually has okay customer service but today we had a great experience! Thanks to the awesome customer service from the guy in a gray suit at the jewelry section! Also the girls who were working at the pick up section around 1:45 pm were very nice! My purchase and return worked out

My girl love it here, Its just another mall for me. But we had lunch here and shopped alot . It was packed here that weekend. Good thing we found some good parking. Great staff here and good people. Im willing to continue to come here when i can,

I love Macys, especially this one. Although, it's been a long time since I've experienced bad service and it left me with a sour feeling in my stomach. A young male employee working on Friday June 2nd in the fragrance section made zero eye contact with me, he was scrolling through his phone while talking to me. He disregarded what I was looking for, shrugged his shoulders and kept pushing his "Favorties". He point blank didn't care. I was ready to buy since I ran out of my $280 luxury cologne. But at that point I was so turned off by his ethics I dipped. I would literally lose my job if I did this at my workplace. So I see Macys standards now.

Convenient. Definitely better than it used to be in terms of customer service but still not what you'd receive elsewhere. Selection is really limited in terms of sizes. Men's cologne counter is difficult to receive assistance. Not very crowded, even during sales. Parking is ok, but the structure is difficult on egress.
