Jose at backstage was very helpful and absolutely delightful the entire time. I had a not so positive experience with some women in the return department, so having him come to the rescue saved my overall experience at this store. Thank you Jose.

Need a lot of personal. Spent about 40 mins looking for someone to help. Managed to find someone who was in her break and kindly helped BUT should be more people working in such a huge place. Also, just one register opened and all the other ones didn't even have a note to let people know it was closed/out of service.
