Over the past few months an increasing number Macy's +1 805 4IO 5O4O Helpline number Macy's HEADQuarters +I 8O5 4IO 504O of uncanny profiles have filled my Hinge feed. As I write this, I've just cycled through 15 profiles in the app--at least four have signs of being fake. Their photos are too polished, their profile descriptions totally nonsensical. For a while I ignored these oddities, partly because I wasn't super invested in the app and partly because my brain has been coded to run scripts like:

Be very aware of the manager cynthia She has a very distasteful attitude and made me feel belittled , I'd say it was race driven but I try my best not to classify people as a racist without concrete proof. She called security on me all over a transaction that corporate honored the following day. People like Nancy are the reason why I don't like to shop in stores anymore I don't have the time for power hungry managers to utilize the lil power they have to put down the customers keeping their jobs afloat. & to the cashier Nancy I don't blame you , but I know if I was another customer it wouldn't have been this much chaos. I pray for both y'all souls. Macys this is who you have representing your company god bless

Ok, this is the Macy's to go to if you don't want assistance at the makeup counter. Seriously, if you want to try on different kinds of makeup without any kind of guidance come here. On MANY occasions I have gone to this Macy's thinking I'd get someone to help me. Nope. I guess you call them "makeup consults" or whatever stand around either talking to each other while you look in dire need of assistance or they tinker with makeup and look too occupied. What compelled me to finally write a review? After going to other Macy's cosmetics departments and seeing how I get greeted in a few seconds by their employees, it must be an issue at this Macy's. I stood there 15 minutes trying on makeup and looking like the "help me" customer while a few employees in the cosmetics department ignored me. Not even a simple, "Hi." Least I tried to grab someone's attention, I'd probably get the look of death. Just saying... thumbs down!

Jenny at the fragrance department was so incredibly helpful and patient! I needed a last minute gift and she helped me find the right fragrance, she even wrapped it for me. Super happy with my purchase & visit.

Trinidad was such a good helper at finish line at Macy's. He did such a great job and didn't hesitate at coming back and forward!

Not many things to choose from. I was disappointed that there were so few costume jewelry. No stockings. The people at the register were not friendly at all. Far from the Macys I used to go to. So sad

I just left Macys and I'm extremely satisfied. I love my Levi's and Karen was so nice and assisted me well with finding the jeans I like. Even when I checked out Kris with the beautiful long hair was extremely sweet and I didn't even realize I had a number in the system which had $10 off. Thank you both for being so welcoming and helpful. I hate shopping and you both made the process smooth

I went shopping downtown yesterday because I needed to find a last minute outfit to chaperone my students prom (I am a teacher). I found a nice $50 Calvin Klein dress at Nordstrom Rack that I was really excited about. The dress, however, needed a statement necklace. After exhausting all my options at Zara, Target and H&M, I decided to check out Macy's as a last resort. I was in a great mood as I was shopping, AirPods blasting in both ears as I'm grooving and trying to decide from the various necklaces the store had to offer. I couldn't help but notice a mannequin-like employee staring me down as I'm shopping. Like, she was literally standing there watching my every move. I was unsure how long she'd been standing there, or if she even said any words to me when she walked up due to the volume of my AirPods. So I removed one pod from my ear and greeted her with a simple, "hi." In return, I received a head nod as she continued staring me down. It was getting pretty uncomfortable so I proceeded to tell her that I didn't need any help. She responded saying, "it's my job to stand here and greet customers." Meanwhile, there were plenty other customers nearby but her eyes were steadily on me. That isn't til she looked up and noticed a customer in the front of the store (where I'm sure she was supposed to be). She rushes to accommodate the customer just as I made a decision on the necklace I wanted to purchase. So I followed her to the front register and, still in disbelief, began to wait. It didn't take long for her to notice me standing there, to which she turned around and asked, "do you want to pay for that?" At this point I was beyond flabbergasted at this woman's word choice. I responded, "well, yes...Despite what you may have been thinking I wasn't going to just walk out of the store with it." I proceeded to let her know that she was racially profiling me. Of course she was in denial. So she stopped helping the customer in front of her to accommodate even after I insisted that she finish with what she was doing. So, as am checking out, calmly ranting about how I work hard for my money just like her, my card surprisingly declines. I try again. Again, it declines (even though I am fully aware of the sufficient funds in my account.) So, I decided to try my credit card. Declines. At this point I'm furious because again, I work hard for my money and clearly this lady was doing this to spite me. Finally, after the fourth time, the transaction is approved. I wish it ended there, but no. I couldn't find my AirPod. So I retraced my steps, remembering that I placed it on the other side of the glass counter. As I am looking for it, the woman is still helping the other customer. I ping the airpod and can hear the chirps. She notices me still there and looks up to ask, "can I help you?" to which I reply, "I'm just looking for my airpod. I set it down over here I'm pretty sure and I hear it, if you can help me find it that would be great." She responded saying, " I am currently helping another customer." In even more shock I look at her and tell her, "well, you interrupted me. I didn't interrupt you. So please continue to help her and if you'd like to help me afterwards than by all means, you're more than welcome to." I stopped hearing the chirp after that. She fake helped me look for it and told me if she finds it by the end of her shift she can put it in a bag and send it up stairs to the executive office. At that point I had given up hope and was extremely frustrated. I ended up calling the manager, who I hope handled it accordingly. In all 32 years of my life, I have never had such a traumatizing shopping experience.

Terrible experience, I tend to let things go and not complain but this felt very unacceptable. I was at the jewelry section for over 30 minutes and there was one person working there who didnt even acknowledge or help me when I was there, I went all around multiple times and other cashiers didn't help either. Very bad experience, will not be coming back, I just wanted to buy gifts.

Every time I go to this macys, the men bathrooms are always close. Is their a discrimination with men or something. This macys worries about their employees to much but doesn't worry about the men bathroom.

Felt like I was being judged in the heel department. The workers there were just constantly giving me a dirty stare. I felt so uncomfortable and don't think I would ever come back again.

WORST MACYS EVER DON'T SHOP HERE!I came to this Macy's this afternoon about around 4 PM to look for some clothes to spruce up a new spring outfit for myself. Upon arrival of the parking is in a garage called the block, it was pretty difficult to find parking this afternoon as everything was super packed. But when I was finally able to find a parking space I entered the elevators but it is so hard to know which floor of Macy's you were picking because there is about three or four buttons inside the elevator but also Macy's but they do not describe which one is for example the home and furniture department, women's, men's, babies and children etc. The store was very messy and disorganized and was just very chaotic! The dressing rooms were small and the locks did not work, and the AC felt like it was turned off in there because it was very warm! Especially during Covid times they should make sure that they have air flowing throughout the rooms! And as I stated the lock is broken, so I had several different people open up the dressing room door about five or six times on me while I was changing! Completely unacceptable! The rooms were dirty and had trash and other peoples used face masks! Then the clothing rack to return the clothes back to was completely filled and there was clothes all in disarray on the floor etc. This location is severely short staffed! They have one cashier working on each floor and they have about four or five different registers, but with only one cashier working there can become a line of about 7 to 10 people at least and I was waiting in that line for almost about half an hour! Because someone was trying to sign up for a card and get an item shipped to their house, the rest of us who are just making simple purchases had to wait behind that other person and they did not call anyone else for back up to help the cashier. When I visited the restrooms, they were worse than the public beach restrooms as it smelled like piss and there was literally Pee on the floor in the bathroom stall all over the place! There was homeless people inside the restrooms and some of them had their bags and they were using the sinks to clean themselves etc. mind you the restrooms are for customers only! The lighting was dim and I didn't even feel comfortable walking In here! The door hook was broken so I had to set me bags down on the piss covered floors and my shopping bags were completely ruined! I was treated horribly as a customer and the things I was subjected to when I was a paying customer who purchased over $300 worth of merchandise is asinine which is why I'll never shop here again and I'm closing out my macys card!!Upon exiting the store I walk back out to the parking garage and even with my validation on my parking ticket I still was charged $1.00 like what's even the point of validating if your going to get charged?? On top of that there was also screaming kids running around the store chasing each other while I was trying to shop, the parents were nowhere to be found as they are just causing chaos around the store for the customers trying to shop! They were playing hide and go seek in the fitting rooms, the fitting rooms were especially busy because there was only one of them open at the time and there was long lines to even try on the clothes! Bottom line would give zero stars if possible store was absolutely disgusting never shopping here again super disappointed for macys prices & quality! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! Gave me a migraine coming here I hate this macys I'll never return!

If you want to be racially profiled, this is the spot! I came in looking to purchase jewelry, and the gentle lady experienced an anxiety attack trying to articulate while I was given a look by security. She offered promotions that were active the same day I was in the store, at simultaneous the sales lady asking me to come back another time/day + other excuses that were left unclear. I empathize for her, so, I simply left. The poor reviews of this location ring true. This is my experience.
