One of my most favourite stores, though, the quality has come down over the years. Very well, placed varieties on the first and second level, it was nice to see a lot of good deals, and especially the last act, got a chance to buy a nice dress and she may seize after a long time. The quality. Prices, staff are all always inviting visiting me. Macy's always feels very good. I think I have shopped in Macy's for more than 25 years. It's a fun place to go to anytime

What an amazing service I got from Annie and Miguel, they looked a lil extra hard to get me the perfume I was looking for even showed me more options, I like how Annie gave me exactly they kind of smell I like thank you guy.

I was deeply disappointed with my experience in the shoes department. The only available staff member helping one customer took 30 minutes to ring up 6 pairs of shoes. It was bewildering to me why I could not be helped in the span of 30 minutes when there were no other clients around. I will not be returning as a paying customer.

I was here last week to buy a new suit and the attendant (also named Mike) was super super helpful. Probably the most helpful attendant I've ever had. He brought me different sized suits and pants to try on, and really tried hard to get me the right size. Best part was actually wearing the suit to my event and getting a lot of compliments. I joked with my girlfriend that he made me feel rich lol. Prices weren't bad either.

I just shopped for a new watch at Macy’s Century City. Ray and Annette assisted me and they were just wonderful. I can’t say enough. They helped me choose the right watch for me and they were very patient and helpful. Five stars for them. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Macy’s used to be a luxury store when I was a kid but is now a joke. I did not walk into the store asking to be screamed at by another customer. Employee could not even be bothered to care and was ridiculously rude and unprofessional. I had to pretty-please beg a different department’s employee just to help for 5 minutes. Never have I sunk so low.

I was at this Macy's today and the place is the worst. I completely understand now how smash and grab robbers get away with this type of crime... it took me 15-20 minutes to find an employee to help me. Nobody was at the customer service/returns counter, the Levi's section which is huge at this store didn't have an employee tending to anything, shoe department was a ghost town... yet people were carry items in a daze to check out. Finally, I found a very nice employee in the polo section. Though Century City Macy's says they sell bootcut jeans, they don't. The employee working the polo section went out of his way to help me find bootcut jeans but unfortunately, no luck. He tracked down a manager and asked where the bootcut jeans were and she replied, "we haven't carried bootcut jeans in years, they don't sell" which is totally not true and a complete waste of my time. My advice to how incredible "cheap & greedy" retail stores have become then either shut down or hire more employees.
Anyone else out there sick of skinny, slim jeans that are too looking to buy the classic bootcut?
