I would not recommend this Macy's fine jewelry department. I recently brought in a ring to be repaired and replace a diamond that had fallen out. I had originally made this fine jewelry purchase at another Macy's location years ago. I thought that I would be taken care of given I have been a loyal customer. Needless to say, the repair took over two months. In addition, no one reached out to me to give me updates. I wasn't informed if the offsite repair center received my ring, if the ring could even be repaired, if I authorized the repair or not, etc. It sounds like people just sat on it for weeks until I called asking for an update. I was the one who had to constantly call to get updates from a sales representative that knew what they were doing. Extremely poor customer service.

I stopped by Macys jewelry department this evening to have my ring resized. The lady called Valentine, talked to me in a rude and unfriendly manner. When I asked her what’s your name, she rudely replied “ my name in valentine, and what is your name” Answering my questions with attitude and disrespect. Macys needs to start hiring professional sales crew instead of bunch of rude and unprofessional sales staff.

By far the best Macy’s I have visited. Always clean, spacious, wide variety of items in stock. Customer service is amazing. Employees always are friendly and in a good mood.

Inconvenient parking structure. From 5th level parking, you have to go to ground level to go to macys. Weird structure.

As a Manager, Nikki was terrible, she didn’t want to help when I knew she could’ve. While I was standing there she said she couldn’t do it and walked away. I called Macy’s customer service and they were much more helpful.. I worked at Macys before, this made me not want to go to Macy’s ever again, I received a gift card from them and that’s why I even shopped there. Definitely not giving them a cent after this. Thank you Darrian for helping me with my transaction, he was great.In addition, I went downstairs, ran into another manager who lied about not knowing Nikki’s name, I went back upstairs and asked another associate. When I went back downstairs, I went over to the cosmetics section, the manager downstairs was reluctant to help me. I did not give them any attitude, I tried asking questions and was patient. Very bad experience here. Spend your money somewhere else, do not open a credit card with them. They’re only desperate to achieve their sales goals and credit card goals here.

Quiet for Sunday afternoon however the layout of this Macy's is spacious, clean and well organized. Last act clearance is a bit hidden on what you are looking for.

Bought a great thick comforter. Fabulous. When I receive it , it's squashed wrinkled and looks terrible. They tell me it will take time. Spray it. Shake it steam it. Now why would I have to do all of that???How about a large box. So. Client gets what they saw. I should wait weeks. Ridiculous. Ruined the comforter. why a star. Minus a star

Nice selection of medium priced department store clothes, jewelry, makeup, bags, and shoes.Send to be getting shabbier with time and harder to find a sales desk to buy something let alone anyone to help.

Horrible customer service. There were 3 employees in the jewelry department but not one offered assistance, even though I was the only customer looking. I left and spent my money elsewhere.
