I am beyond frustrated with this place. I had a fiasco before with a prior operator left suddenly and provided no notice. Eventually this new operator came in and he impressed me with his professionalism and commitment to running a good business. But now it is time to renew and it is simply impossible because of spheremail, which is the system that they use. I've tried and a bunch of different browsers and different Wi-Fi's and different devices and it still doesn't work. I've called Jae a whole bunch of times and basically all he said is that it's my problem and now he refuses to return my phone calls. I'm happy to call spheremail which is the underlying operator myself but there is no contact information for a member of the public and Jae refuses to provide it to me. I'm livid. It's a colossal waste of time and who knows what mail I'm not getting because of this

I discovered this small store on my walk home disappointed from Home Depot. I went to Home Depot to make key copies, but unfortunately they didn't have the key size in stock. Luckily I ran into this place that offers key copies. They offer a wide range of products and services. Grateful for this small business that could. Definitely check them out, I'm sure they can help you with anything.

My go to place for printing and returns! Always so kind and attentive, providing me with the best service at the best rates around! I also got my keys duplicated from here too along with my passport photo taken. They do it all!!

Excellent service for packing and shipping. I also have my mailbox here. I had to rent a mailbox because I was getting packages stolen from my apartment. That was 3 years ago. I still use this mailbox and I find the staff very friendly and helpful

back in june 2023 i went there and mail a gift to my mother turning 90 and sick in brazil. she never received the package and never cme back to me i lost all the money o the gift i went there and asked for help .they told me to leave and hey call the police

Love this place, Robert always helps me out and makes sure my packages gets to customers on time and I know my mail is safe. This place is so efficient and awesome. Great customer service every time!!!

I am so thankful to be here at this establishment! I honestly love it! I have been receiving mail at home but the mail keeps getting lost or dropped on the floor, so that's the reason why I made the decision to get a P.O Box at this place. The quality of service I got was beyond what I expected. When I went to ask for info, the representative was so helpful and she offered to have her manager call me to answer my questions, few minutes later, her supervisor called me, and of course, I got my box. I paid about 100 dollars for 3 months which I believe the value of it was great. I'm so thankful about how the workers from Miracle Mail made me feel! I was very impressed. Thank you Miracle Mail on Western.
