Hands down my favorite Marshalls in LA. This and the other Marshalls in East Hollywood (also on Hollywood Blvd) are both great in terms of merchandise but this particular one has great staff. I like how spacious the store is and the merchandise is easy enough to sift through. It’s also not too crowded most of the time!
Special thanks to Raffi the manager who is always so delightful and helpful. He deserves a star on the walk of fame right outside the store for letting me squeeze in before the doors closed tonight so I could pick up a last-minute birthday gift! 🌟

I will not be returning to this location. I selected a jumpsuit from the clearance section that had multiple red stickers, clearly the top one was marked at $10. At the register, the associate removed the top stickers and stated, “This isn’t $10, it’s $16. It’s the wrong IPU,” and insisted I pay the higher price. As a customer, I do not control pricing or how items are labeled. If there was an internal error with the sticker placement, it would have been reasonable to honor the marked price and clarify the policy going forward. Instead, the situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. I chose not to purchase the item and will not be shopping at this location again.

The lady in the dressing room (African lady) was super rude. Makes you not want to go in and try anything on. She was giving all customers attitude. She would get upset with you if you didn’t put clothes back on a hanger. I’m sorry but is that not what she gets paid for? What’s her job? She made me and somebody else put clothing we weren’t going to buy back on hangers and hang them while she stood there. Fire her if you want people returning. Or provide her with some customer service training.

I used to love this marshalls. They dont have any cool guy stuff anymore. Only like ugly guy shirts or the stuff no one wants. No bathroom anymore either. I was shopping and had to use the restroom. I had to go so bad and long lines always at this store I just put everything down and left. I know bathrooms are bad with the homeless situation but I dont even wanna go to Hollywood if there's no bathroom anywhere. Even if you pay.
Just to update: lines are longer and still no bathrooms.

Excellent souvenir shop. The prices are a little high, but you can find everything: a summary of Los Angeles in one store.

This is a pretty good Marshalls: it's got a dedicated parking lot and is located next to a grocery store (and across the street from a Vons AND a Ross. They keep the hygiene and beauty products pretty well organized. The recently discounted section is the usual chaos of half-used projects and sticky bottles of lotion and soap. I've never seen a Marshalls or a TJ Maxx where the slash-prince beauty items wasn't a disaster. It's just the nature of the beast. But the main area is actually pretty tiny. I usually find a nice, well-priced hand soap or the odd skin care product here. The housewares section is really variable. There's always a plethora of certain items: mirrors, picture frames, etc. But also Hindu murtis (images of Gods) and other interesting items aimed at specific ethnic groups. As with this entire chain, what you encounter is going to be determined by when you go there. Overall, the place is pretty tidy for a store where people are hunting for bargains. And the checkout section usually has an appropriate number of cashiers on duty. So you can get out of here at relatively quick pace. So, overall, I'm pretty happy this place is in the neighborhood.

You’re very gross when you’re following your customers, 4/5 people followed me in the store for more than 40 mins. You went all the way outside to see if I stole something. Maybe the sight of my 120k Range Rover made you realize you were wrong?? For your information, I spent $200 in your store today. Learn to check for behaviors because I am a person with good money and more importantly, excellent manners. You’d better be checking on the loonies that scream and piss in your parking lot and actually steal in your shop. I didn’t feel embarrassed i pursued my shopping and I was actually enjoying the parade, hoping you’d stop me so I could show you how ridiculous you all were. I am simply embarrassed for you. Do better.
