They have a pretty good selection of home decor and kitchen stuff but if you're shopping for clothes, you prob want to avoid the fitting rooms. They're dirty and dusty. I saw dust balls in every corner.

Marshall’s is one of the best outlet stores in the USA. Mid tier brands for a lot less.

I don’t know what’s going on with this Marshalls. I like coming here for hello Kitty hunting but my first time here, I asked managers if they had hello Kitty blankets and they said no. I went to look again and right as I’m the in the aisle, I see an employee walk out with various Hello Kitty blankets. Don’t know if she came from the stock room, I asked her where she got it and said she just got it from the rack. When I was there, I found out she was an employee, I saw her walk back to the employee entrance in the back ?♀️obviously I was devastated bc I am never able to find blankets for over a year now. I would’ve preferred honesty because I was pacing the store for over an hour.

Man, screw this location and its rude staff members. I wanted to get an item that was locked in a box. I pressed the button for help and waited more than 5 min, yet no one came. I saw a worker passing by, so I asked politely if I can get some help, and she snapped at me saying "GIVE ME A MINUTE. I ALSO HAVE ANOTHER CUSTOMER TO HELP" while waving both hands at me. She gave me an attitude when I asked nicely. I was taken aback since I was not expecting that type of reaction. Sorry that I even freaking asked, when it's literally her job?! If she said it nicely, I would not have been so offended. I did not want to get help from her, so I asked another employee and she said "someone will come and help." I got no help and ended up not being able to buy it. This location is in dire need of more friendly staff members.

Riight next door to Old Navy. we decided to look inside Marshalls for some deals. Marshalls always have some good deals on clothes. Used to be my favorite spot in buying everything. We purchased just a few items here. The store was kind of messy as in everything had been picked over. But oh well, we got what we needed and left. Id come back again tho.
