Pedro, what a character, why are other dealers willing to use his position as a Maserati Serive rep to tell me nothing is wrong with a used Maserati, when things are obviously wrong? "Heated seats don't get hot on your Maserati? "That's normal, nothing wrong here, according to Pedro. To follow on, thanks for being willing to listen and agree to take another look at the vehicle and fix the seats that don't get warm or hot at any setting

"Be Cautious" This place should be called "Scam Artists of Maserati Santa Monica" first off, if you purchase a vehicle here, make sure to have it fully Inspected inside and out including the paint. This place Sold me a Levante, They Hod the Hidden work they did on it, and repaired the front end without Disclosing it. I didn't find out until I got my Car Delivered to Florida and Inspected My Maserati for its first service. This place are True Scam Artists. I own a Car business and trust me, go buy from another dealership do not purchase from them. They also Took 4 months to get me my Title to my Vehicle. What was Mind Blowing was Them Hiding the fact they are painted a Vehicle for Damage and never disclosed this. They tried to hide it. Horrible service. Never return Calls, or Emails I had to hire an Attorney.

My Husband Avilo Oliva bought a Certified Pre-Owned Maserati GT from Maserati of Santa Monica in May 2023. We decided to buy this car vs another cheaper one that was on sale by a VW dealer based on salesperson's (Elena Redkin) feedback that car was in pristine condition and "you can never trust what non- Maserati dealers do to cars before they sell them". We live in Idaho and had the car delivered to our home a week or so later to find out a list of issues: 1) Car was involved in accident with both front fenders repaired; never disclosed by dealer but took a total of 5 minutes for my Maserati dealer in Idaho to confirm that. 2) Steering column making noise when turning the wheel. 3) Front wheel had a small bent (same incident?) and wheels were totally out of balance 4) Driver mat and upholstery on driver side totally ripped apart 5) Central back leather panel in between the seats came with 3 "penny-size" holes 6) Exterior carbon side-view mirrors were chipped and losing layers 7) Car manual was missing We already spent $2300 on the certified pre-owned GT to bring it back to the condition a certified pre owned car should had been since the beginning. Maserati in Italy just inquired me who the dealer was given the situation. We have complained now for 3 months to all Managers in the dealership, including GM Eric Martin who doesn't even respond to my husband emails. If you want to buy a Maserati, take your business elsewhere. Maserati of Santa Monica is the worst dealer we had to deal with in our lives.

Not to many certified service for Fiats left, so with the handful in southern California I was ready to make this review as I was paying attention to quality service on both the car and customer. Sometimes due to scarcity they try and take advantage with ridiculous pricing and treatment. So on with the review. I made an appointment for my wife's fiat in advanced. Went in at the appointment date, time, and they took the car right in for some moderate maintenance. The car was done in less than 8 hours. Excellent customer (very pleasant staff), quality car service (purred like a kitten, roared like a lion in sport mode), and the pricing was realistic n reasonable in this crazy time of inflation (they did not take advantage with an unreasonable price). Will definitely go back!

Service rep did well, took me early and executed additional requested tasks. Maintenance was done, although there were some unchecked maintenance notifications on the dash, oil on my floormats, and a red engine indicator on my service form with no initial explanation. I had to call back so they could explain what indicated there was a problem with my engine. Nice small customer lobby, they had 2 tvs but none of them were on or was there a remote nearby. Took about 3 hrs for 70k service. Days after the service my engine is apparently leaking oil, which was never a problem before as well as my moonroof malfunctioning.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Maserati of Santa Monica service advisor Ken Moore. I have been getting my vehicle serviced at this dealership since I purchased it in 2020, but my experience with Ken has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received. My main issue with Ken was his complete lack of effective communication, resolution of my concerns, and dealership warranty transparency. I had many questions about the leather quality of my vehicle and the warranty coverage, but Ken seemed to deliberately avoid answering them. I felt like I was given the runaround and my concerns were not being taken seriously. Despite my frustration, I was eventually able to get my issue resolved through Maserati premium customer service representative Rebecca. However, I still feel like there could have been more done to ensure that a loyal customer such as myself isn't given the run-around. I had expected better from a dealership that I had been doing business with for over a year. Overall, I would not recommend Maserati of Santa Monica service advisor Ken Moore to anyone. His lack of effective communication, resolution of my concerns, and dealership warranty transparency left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received.

I had a spoiler put on my car. Also, I had my first service done. My service manager Casey O’Brien was extremely helpful and accommodating. He also took the initiative to have some things serviced I didn’t even know were due. Casey is a great credit to The Alfa Romeo Team in Santa Monica.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

My experience with Santa Monica Maserati was excellent! Sadie helped me and she was very professional. She stayed in constant communication with me in regards to repair updates and part notifications. She assisted me with rental car coverage during my service visit . I have had my car serviced with other Maserati dealerships and the service I’ve received at this location each visit has been top tier over the other Maserati dealerships. Thank you Sadie and Jacob for being kind and professional every visit! Oh and I forgot to mention that they gave me my vehicle back spotless !!! Thank you Maserati Santa Monica!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had an appointment for a front end alignment. Dropped the car off with Brian Hendricks at 9am. When I returned at 4, the car hadn't been touched. Brian offered no apology or reason other than "the alignment rack was tied up all day." Poor attitude, awful customer service. Would not recommend this dealership at all.Service: Wheel alignment

These guys are the best in town. Felt guilty cheating on the team - Casey and Ken - going to a cheaper CJDR dealer for service. Bad idea. Really happy they fixed my Giulia’s bumper, rather than recommending a replacement like everyone else for $2k. Thanks for finding the punctured tire the other guys missed too. Thanks folksServices: Body & Trim
