My Spanish isn't the best, so it's super frustrating when not one single employee can speak enough English to get an order right.I ordered the Kerwin Frost Box for my son. He was excited to get the box. It wasn't about the food. My son doesn't eat fries or drink anything besides water. But they have me the meal without the box. I took it back to the counter. The guy at the cash register couldn't respond to me in English and didn't understand what I was asking for, so he went to get the manager.I wanted to switch my son's meal to a regular happy meal. The manager kept saying that they discontinued the Kerwin Box a long time ago, as if I should have known. The kiosk didn't say that.Eventually, she just gave me a full refund and took my food away.I came to Carl's Jr where the food is less processed.

Terrible service was told to pull up into a waiting space after ordering and made me wait 30 minutes.tried calling them multiple times but they never picked up. Finally someone came out and they got argumentative with me instead of trying to turn this experience around into a positive one. Never coming to this location again!

Instead of Saying[ I'm loving it]They should say "WE CAN'T DO THINGS RIGHT "THEY ALWAYS DO SOMETHING WRONG AND NEVER DO THE EXTRA MILE.I ORDERED THROUGH THE APP AND I MISSED IT, PLACING THE ORDER THROUGH DRIVE THRU. I CLICK TO THE COUNTER, THEY MAKE GET OFF THE CAR AND THE FOOD WAS ALREADY DONE..

I've been coming to this McDonald's for 20 plus years here and it's always been my favorite McDonald's compared to the surrounding ones. They've been the only ones to keep breakfast all day. The OG workers here knew everyone and were super duper cool now there's new workers who seem nice with the exception of Dalia or Delia or whatever her name is. Service is now trash. She's on drive though duty and acts like the napkins and orders are coming out of her pocket. Horrible service.
