Absolutely the worst drive-thru. They're in a hurry so much that you can get out what you want. Stop timing your employees McDonald's absolutely no more smiles....

I stopped at this McDonald's to buy an ICED MOCHA, which I do often. When I was standing in line, I was watching the person (RUBI) at the register who was helping two ladies. Whatever the reason was, there seemed to be a problem and she kept giving the ladies dirty looks. When it was my turn, I asked for an ICED MOCHA and 3 cookies. Rubi asked me if I wanted that cold or hot! Isn't ICED MOCHA obviously COLD??? I said Iced Mocha is cold and she had the nerve to give me a dirty look!! This girl has an obvious attitude problem!! She doesn't need to be working for McDonald's with the attitude that she had. In fact, someone who really needs a job should be working at this McDonald's!!

Ok so I ordered a 10 piece nugget and they gave me a 8 piece. When I called them they told my that I cannot get my money back. So I recommend you not to go here because one, they give you too little. Also, the people that work here are so rude, they act like they don't want to be there. Highly disappointed because I love their food. If only they fix what they are asked, and were much nicer I would go there much more often. Really pissed. And very very very disgusted. ??????

Must of been to early for the workers all the woman had attitudes and was very rude to all the customers it was like there backed up cuz there all rushing and not satisfying the customers request for small items such as trays jelly etc.. smh they barely spoke English so was hard to have them understand request but they still had attitudes

The management here is horrible! Maybe not all the managers but Carla should not be a manager. She is rude and she will lie right in a customer’s face in front of her staff.I stopped by this Mcdonalds this evening after shopping at Home Depot and the experience was not good. I normally don’t go to this McDonalds but at the time it seemed convenient. My order was simple but Carla the manager was rushing me to complete my order. After I completed my order I was told to pull to the second window . I was looking at the screen to see what my total was so I could have it ready once I arrived to the window to pay. I didn’t see my total because the screen is broken so I asked Carla who was taking my order if I could please have my total. She told me she would give it to me at the second window. I then replied saying “May I please know what my total was so I could have my money ready? “ I then heard the intercom go out . I said hello and sat for a minute and realized she was ignoring me !Once I pulled to the front window I asked the young lady if I could speak to the manager . At the time I didn’t know Carla was the manager and the person taking my order. I quickly realized who she was by her extremely rude demeanor. We then proceeded in conversationMe: Hi are you the lady that was taking my order ?Her: Yes…Me: Is there a reason why I couldn’t have the total before I came to the window?Her: I told you I would give it to you.Me: No you did not you stopped replying, shut off your intercom and ignored me.Her: Because we are very busy that is why I told you to just come around.Me: Can I please have some additional information to speak to someone else’sHer: ***walks off and comes back and hands me a card .The only reason I still processed and brought my food was because of the kind young lady at the window was very nice throughout the whole ordeal of me speaking with the “manager”. Carla is definitely a bad representation of the McDonald’s brand and the staff. Not everyone should be managers. If it wasn’t for the other staff being so kind I would not have proceeded in buying my food who knows what she would have done to it … I completely understand there are rush hours in fast food however it was definitely made clear that Carla doesn’t CARE ! I arrived in the evening around 6pm. The staff was friendly and attentive. There was only one person dining in, and she seemed to be familiar with staff. The trash cans were empty, and the dining area was clean. Perhaps just being cleaned after a rush. When I went to use the bathroom the soap dispenser was out. I told an employee and he responded quickly to fill it. There are signs in the dining-area that state "1-hour dining only: which I've never noticed in a McDonald's before. I think I will make this a usual spot to study before my night-class because it was so quiet and the booths are perfect for studying.Parking: It's in. A shopping center with ample parking.Kid-friendliness: There is a kid's menu and seating accommodations for childrenWheelchair accessibility: Entrance is ground level. Aisles may be a but narrow to navigate with a wheelchair if it was crowded. There is wheelchair access I. The bathroom stalls.

The kiosk is unbelievably unfriendly - it is not possible to order because the desk is empty and the line of customers is growing.The clueless manager is in the kitchen helping prepare meals for the drive-thru but the customers in the store are being completely ignored.I'm going to ignore both this store and all McDonald's until they get their act together.

Drive thru is a nightmare, all the time you have to wait 20-30 in line. When you get to the window you can see a bunch of employees just talking and laughing. Even the manager in the group.
