Don’t buy any phones at this location! Staff will access your account/change security codes without your consent. I been with metro for many years never had any issues with them until recently purchasing a new phone at this location. After purchase I wasn’t able to access my account due to security code change which I was not informed! I don’t know how my Debit card info was obtained perhaps from my account/auto payment but just found out through my bank representative and bank statements multiple transactions were made by metro without my knowledge and consent since the purchase and when u call metro on their end there is no history of any charges. I filed a claim and YES metro had to reversed those’d transactions.

The customer service with the new management that took m over this store is is awful not helpful to the customers and rude. It's all about the money, I could not get help with transferring data from one phone to another told he i had to call customer service which I have never had to do. Also he would not help with making sure my what i pay stays the same he didnt want to call customer service again.I asked for the owner he give me a number with no name I had to ask for the name I call twice no return call. I will not give them my money I will go elsewhere.

The employees here are scammers. I purchased two phones from this location. With phone cases . Not only did these phones never work properly. They sold me two cases for my phone that was not for my phone. They added features that I did not ask for. And they did not activate my phones properly, which is why I was having so many issues with them. When I went in, they wanted me to buy new phone cases even though it was their negligence that sold me the wrong phone cases. They also told me I just needed to buy two new phones. Will I refuse to purchase new phones from them? They changed my security codes these guys our scammers, and it's sad that metro is allowing them to do this with their name behind it.I would not recommend anyone do business with these people
