Went in to get an upgrade. The salesperson recommended another phone. HORRIBLE. It was a downgrade . Took it back the next day to get an ACTUAL upgrade and was told that I could not get one. Customer service sucks. Changing carriers.

Miguel & Jessie were my mobile phone heros tonight. I was locked out of my phone and they took the right steps to get me back on track. There were fees for a couple of steps that were taken to solve the problem but Miguel was not only patient but very informative. They both worked as a team not only to solve my problem but to get other customers in and out. Jessie made sure the BEST music played. Very soothing, seeing that I was a bit irritated by my phone issues. They both did a wonderful job and their customer service keeps things running smoothly.
