Stay away from this place unless the younger guy with glasses is working. The owner is dishonest and overcharges customers. I came in to fix my bill because they “accidentally” switched me from the $60 plan to the $75 plan. The owner told me my total would now be $71. I asked, “So you’re charging me $11 extra?” He claimed it was only $5—apparently a fee they charge to pay in-store—and that it would go back to $60 if I set up auto pay.
So I agreed and set up auto pay right then and there. But he still charged me $71. I told him, “My bill is $60, I set up auto pay, and you’re still charging me $71?” He just said, “That’s what we charge.” No explanation, no accountability.
This is shady business. It’s clear he's just trying to squeeze every dollar he can. The only reason I paid was because I desperately need my phone this month. But after this billing cycle, I’m done. I’m switching carriers because of this experience.
Edit to add: this guy still didn't switch my bill to 60. Which was the only thing I wanted!!!

They have horrible service and the manager and the creepy employee Ozzy were rude and refused to help even after being told by their hotline to come to the physical location to get help.

Home of the $10 sim card. Come here to this location, not the one on Broadway. That location will overcharge for everything.

I was in this store today to a very pleasant experience with Elizabeth's help.I have now been with Metro PCS for over 10 years and 3 out of the 4 times I have had to come in to ask for help, the service has always been very knowledgable and quick.

I've had metro for the better part of a year this time around and I'm stuck wondering why I ever left in the first place. Besides all that this particular location is light years ahead of all the others in the area. I wish I remembered the sweet girl who helped me's name but all around the staff here is amazing.
