I did like the store and I loved the service until I paid for a replacement phone 2 days before the 1st of this month received my replacement phone which three days later had a default I had to purchase a whole new phone at regular just for 3 weeks later for that phone to go on a blank and then when I went to not only did the short chubby guy have a attitude they also helped someone that got there after me he asked his co-worker to help me mind you she don't speak a lick of English she decides to help somebody else that just walked in the guy is going to tell me she is making a sale pretty much that is all we are once they get you on on the contract that's all that matters Metro PCS you really do suck

I normally don’t write reviews but this is an unfortunate exception. I walked into the store to upgrade my device and I am HIGHLY disappointed at their customer service. The representative was unprofessional and did not go over the prices. I spent almost 300 dollars and after asking for a receipt they denied it. After getting a text message on the billing increase I asked why, but the representative said to ignore the messages. Not satisfied with the answer, I decided to stop by another metro location and asked why my bill had increased by a lot. The representative then informed me that I had a line added to my account. I then told the representative that it was not done after my consent. After reviewing my plan they were able adjust my plan and offered me a KILLER deal on their accessories for being a loyal customer. Not only that but the representative helped me transfer ALL my pictures and contacts, including usernames and passwords to my applications.

Worst experience ever. Lost so much money from here. Multiple Faulty earbuds. Not fully packaged items. Highly disappointed. I lost a lot of money from this metro. Sinse it's so close I come only here but not anymore more.

Went in to the chavez and st. Luis location amazing customer service our issue was resolved faster than expected. Only down side is the limited choices of phones. Other than that this is our new go to metro store.

Estephany and Bryan of store location 2115 E. Cesar Chavez La Ca 90033 are brilliant and are ? Gems!! They always go above and beyond to make sure that any assistance I may need is addressed efficiently and immediately. It is noteworthy, that these two ? Gems are the true ordefinition of a dream team in the customer service workforce. Lastly, it is fair to say that they are the sole reason why I switched from boost mobile to MetroPCS. Keep up the good and solid productive work Estephany and Bryan!! Clearly, its notice the bubbly and professional attitude both of you bring to this store. 5 ⭐customer service dispensed by both of them!!!
