T-mobile is a terrible company now ! The merger has messed the quality of service up so bad . You can even talk to human . You just get put on hold . Don't waste your time with T-mobile !!!! You will be dissatisfied

Recently upgraded a phone here. It was fast and had great Customer Service. Alexis answered all the questions with no hesitation. He had a positive attitude and was very nice. Definitely would come back to this location for the wonderful service. Thank you for the great experience!

I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I recently changed my phone carrier to verizon. After going on the phone with customer service by metro for 3 hours, they said that I should have an update. There was no update. I called back using my neighbors phone to get an update on me switching carriers as I have no phone. I spoke with Myleen Tick#307162 about the situation on how I need a phone for work. She informed me that it would take an additional 24-72 hrs in order to receive service for an error on their side. I informed her I need to speak to a manager about my concern. I then spoke to the so called manager Christine ticket #304886. I asked if they can provide me a phone to borrow until I can use my phone with my new carrier. She informed me that this isn't possible. I then asked if they could give me a temporary number for my phone to use as I need to make business calls. She informed me that they would still charge me despite the mistake on there end. The manager still said that she is sorry and she is unable to provide me a number to use without charging me a fee. Rest assured this is the worst customer service I have ever received! Metro PCS customer service is the absolute worst. Unless you want terrible service, wait for hours to hear no update on the issues you have, I highly suggest choosing a different carrier. Christine was terrible and is not qualified to be a manager!

I had the pleasure of stopping into this Metro Westlake store to pay my bill and I had the best customer service experience ever! Mr. Leo assisted me in fixing the settings of my phone. He showed great expertise and professionalism. He even took the time to go over step by step what he had done to correct the problem which made it very easy for me. On a scale of 1-10, Mr. Leo would get a 10+.Thank you, Metro Westlake.Renee

It's a little pricey but I do like the water aerobics and sauna. I can do my physical therapy here in the water so I do like that.
