Worst customer service
Denied a refund or exchanged a phone. Recently purchased a phone but after a day almost stopped working it never turn on again charge or something. At the moment to go and explain the situation, the guy just wash his hand and said that nothing could be done. Just send us to Apple to fix it even though we are having insurance. Refuse to do anything about it. In apple couldn't do anything so we went to a different metro and they explained to us they couldn't do anything only at the store we purchased the phone. We back again, and the guy was rude to us calling security instead to try something regarding the issue wasting our time saying the phone can't be fix he talked with someone at the phone but a way we couldn't hear him later he call security for us because he didn't want to do anything to help to resolve this problem instead just sending us again to apple store. Worst experience ever. I leave one start because I can't give zero.

I had the best experience starting my new 5g home internet with the help of Mariana and Mike, such a pleasure. I’m coming back for the great service they provide. Very helpful while the store was busy. Team work makes the dream work.

These people are absolutely the most dedicated, helpful, supportive, hardworking, persevering and technically knowledgeable, possible. I first met them when I entered their store, in desperation, because the manager of another phone outfit, a few doors away, left me unable to recover my settings in a new, inferior and dysfunctional phone that she sold me. Bryan, at Metro by T-Mobile, was able to execute the recovery in minutes, and after I asked, he informed me of their Plans.Six weeks later, after the other store's phone broke (predictably,), I switched to Metro by T-Mobile, got a great Moto, the best phone, I ever had, with a great Plan, and a government benefits discount that that the other store's manager did not even inform me of. It took Stephanie, at Metro by T-Mobile, over an hour of supreme effort to recover my Google settings on the Moto, but she never became frustrated.I absolutely love Metro and this store.
