Paid thirty dollars for a ten dollar case and was told it's my fault, the owner tried on this then deleted the response when I emailed her about my real problem. ??? Would do a zero if possible fake responses and fake concern

Wow... omg...and a big F'ing ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!???!! Why are people so rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to just do the bare minimum of their job? Sorry for the rant but I can't be the only one that is sick of going in to a business to give them my money only to be treated like and feel that I am wasting their time and energy by walking in to the store? Whoever the small latina (I think?) with tats is...is a very very clear example of employees you don't want to hire or if you do at least don't let them be the face of the company! All I did was walk in and inquire about pricing for an iPhone 11! I'm already a customer in good standing, I'm a month ahead on my bill, and I was very polite. I was also the only one in the store! The himming and hawing, eye rolling, rude and short tone, and sarcastic/smart allic responses are so beyond unnecessary I'm beyond myself. If looking up the price for a phone is so overwhelming for you, perhaps apply at McDonald's...then again, maybe don't because they order food and that would make you sweat.
