On Thursday went to upgrade my phone ended up getting ripped off by the wrong phone the clerk LILY had gave me. Told me to return tomorrow at 1030am to resolve the matter, when i arrived i was talking to ALEXIS about what happened he didn't want to return my money when it was there mistake, so out of 162 i ended up with 126 and still try to charge me for activation when i return the phone back.
