Purchased an internet T-Mobile gateway from them, went home to try it. The first day it seemed to work pretty well, although not as fast as Spectrum cable internet. But the next day it was slow as a slug. Just not stable. So I returned it the NEXT DAY (less than 24 hours), and they basically refused to give me a refund on the device (9.99). I really wanted it to work because Spectrum constantly plays games with their pricing. The reason they could not refund: I used it? But how would I be able to try it if I don't use it? The stores are privately owned franchises so you have to be careful because their terms are different than the regular corporate ones. They mentioned the network is upgrading their modem/routers for better service. Hopefully they will and maybe it will be improved. The whole thing was just not a pleasant experience.

Poor customer service. My phone broke I was going to buy a new one and I was told not.to because it would affect my claim on my phone. My phone was the only phone I use. And my business contacts use that phone. I was given odd information that the Insurance company said was not true after I contacted them via the internet. If someone is traveling or has an emergency and there phone is BROKEN - doesn't work how can a sales person tell them Call someone? Seriously. I was very disappointed that I went back several times to get help and the two reps seemed to be improperly trained in customer service. Unfortunately that was the closet MPCS I was near and it was late in the day.

These lying aholes.... They smile to your face, tell you they can't help you and "go ahead and call 611, they'll tell you anything you want to hear!". Screw you guys,! I had to go to a different Metro store who were more than happy to help me and did.
