The fact that there’s been no reviews for the past four months should definitely raise red flags, something is happening in house. They’re asking for pin numbers, to pay bills in cash.? If this is a policy, it needs to change….my father is in the hospital and I need to contact him if I can’t pay his phone bill myself without any help. Somethings wrong. This has been the only Metro I needed a pin number to pass a bill

Even though I'm a A#$ customer I miss metro.. There's never any surprise when it had came to my monthly bill... No drop calls, no roaming... Overall this company do exactly what they promises provide great services..im going back the first chance I can get! They don't make good companies like this anymore...
