This place is amazing! JASON was extremely helpful, I'm sure the other employees are as well! I was in and out in 15 minutes, he knew what he was doing and did not have an attitude when I asked question (which were a few). Jason's costumer service was top notch unlike the gentleman at the metro pcs on 1st street. This gentleman was giving me the run around and did not want to help or did not understand what I wanted, he kept on making excuses that the phone was not able to be used for metro, I did let him know the phone is from metro. At the end I told him let me have my phone back. I was so upset but I kept my cool and told myself I'll go to another location. NO REGRETS.
P.S costumer service is everything, if he didn't want to help me, I can't imagine him wanting to help my grandma(which the phone was for)

This is a great, spacious, professional, modern and clean store with one of the best customer services I've ever experienced from a phone service company. Jason was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding and he helped me select the best phone and plan for my needs. With employees like him and his excellent service, this store has earned my loyalty.

Great customer service, my only concern is that they steal my information. I provided my ss and other important passwords. Only to not be able to pay with my debit card :( I understand it's their 3rd party lender. I hope my information is not jeopardize.
