I have no problem with the company but I visited this store to add 2 lines to my plan and was blatantly lied to by the agent And when I suggested that he should look up my account before quoting astronomical amounts to me he became angry and threatened me by mentioning that he lives in the area and will be "watching for me". WOW that's really aggressive customer service!

Ï had a great Time at Metro by T-Mobile ,Alberto is a great problem solver i get to the store with a lot issues and he help me to resolve all My problems and he answering all My questions and we decide to take two hot spots and He give us a free Phone a A14 5G i love it ? I highly recommend this place i Will come back soon to get My Home internet see You soon .

Natalie & Maggy was extremely nice to me. This was the best customer service I've ever received from a cell phone company in a LONGGGGG TIME. I will forever be a metro pcs customer because of these two kind hearted women, they literally made my day. Thanks MetroPcs you guys are the best ?

I feel the guy was not responsive or maybe the heat or hes not very talkative or idk ..but the phones are on and I love them so far! I wished when i asked some questions he would have respondemore .*I feel Roger needed more than himself for Metropcs customer service excelence he connected two stylo 5s and he was under stress the line was to the door one person you would think a 4hundred and whatvever tax i would know fully whats up with this purchase..but i dont ...and its not rogers fault its understaffed.

On June 6th, My husband went inside trying to seek assistance from a customer service representative. We have been a member for at least a year. He changed his device and wanted to know what was the next step to fully connecting his new phone which he bought online and is open to any carrier. The people inside DID NOT know what to do. Instead they just kept telling him he has to pay a $18 fee & they said he needs a new SIM card. Which seems pretty odd at the time because they DID NOT explain why. So when I went inside to actually figure out what was going on, I cannot believe the service I was given. They did not know how to answer my questions, the female who was working there kept telling me to call 611. I called 611 for my husband and talked to a helpful representative. My husband had forgot the high security code & the employee in the store are not helpful. They just wanted us to leave the store unsatisfied, they didn't offer any help which was going to be helpful. They should get more training on how to do there job
